Everything is wonderful as usual however I and my family come along with friends that go with me here have noticed that some of the staff who serve are not here attentive, aren't stopping by the check the tables on a freaking basis to make sure water, coffee, soda you know already filled and you shouldn't have to wait and have to flag down your server just for them to refill something.
So I minimize the amount of tip to reflect how the sever serves if they aren't attentive with making sure things are good, and drinks refilled,they get a tip to reflect their actions towards myself and those l'am with regarding this matter. I'm expecting good service with my meal, no excuses no exceptions, not watching a server walking past when they fail to see the need for refills, stay back and only bring food to table and don't do anything after for a long time, and just lounge around in the back areas, or near their buddies, and not come out to check on your company with you when you're having a meal there that is a concern I have because we're paying for good service and a good meal.
Wonderful meals don't get me wrong wonderful okay, but the staff who wait on you some of them really need a reality check and I hope they don't complain about getting less tip which is what they should get if they're not going to be a productive server and check up on the people who they're giving their meals to and making sure that everything is filled and not left for so much time without being refilled because that sends a message to the customer.
Outside of that issue that happens on/off ,I think this is a wonderful place to go I would recommend it, however like I said I pay a tip based on how the service is not just the food even if the food thing stops you know, even if the management is great here their staff need a reality check that they're there to do a job and that means we need to be compliantly checking and making sure the people that are getting their meal served to them by them are having a good time that their food is warm and cooked thoroughly, along with making sure their drinks are kept filled.
At the end of this year my service dog will have finished the public access training and I am hopeful that when I come here for lunch come up brunch or dinner with family and friends that there won't be any trouble or any issues when I bring my service dog with me here. Just because a person doesn't look disabled does not mean they aren't, just as just because a person doesn't look like a severe medical condition doesn't mean that they don't have one.
And I am just hopeful that this is going to be one of the few places I can go to where I don't have to be hackled or harassed at the door or anything when I bring my service dog here and have a meal here without any issues. So I'm very interested Lee excited to see how they're going to use your policies when they see somebody with a service dog in their business...

So we went on the side where the T.V. is and that side waa empty. We sat and talked for a minute turned around to see to patrons of another color getting their order taken. So then another set of patrons that were another color sat down and waitress began to take there order and giving them water.
