Kathy is rude, obnoxious and lack customer service skills. My experience has truly been unpleasant. I would enter the store and if she is up near the register she would stare, not saying anything just stare. To make matters worst if I'm near the food aisle I turn around and she's right there staring. I don't steal and never have but she would always make me feel very uncomfortable. If you ask a question about a product or something she seems to have an attitude. Then there is a young lady there I forgot to get her name but she told my son "Do not touch anything if your not going to buy it", I was blown away because I have never heard her say that to any other kids. He wasn't being destructive or anything like that. As this employee was bagging my items she was putting so much in one bag that the bags started to tear. I started putting some of my items other bags. Kathy came over to the register as if I was doing something wrong and just stood there and stared at me. She stared so much her and the cashier that we just stood there staring for a minute and then she realized and tried to redeem herself by complimenting my mask. I called the next day to find out how to file a complaint and Kathy knew who I was. It's not like we had a disagreement or got into an argument but that goes to show that she knew she was very unprofessional. I will travel further to receive better customer service, not worth spending another dime of my money...

Iāve been shopping here for years, but no One seems to be able to figure out the problems at the register when I finally get aggravated and pay for the purchase anyways the last few times I have decided Iām gonna call corporate to see why my coupons are not working. Corporate did take care of the problem however because I called corporate. Kathy is very rude with an attitude telling me that all I had to do is call the store.. Not only did I try to Resolve at Store level unsuccessfully When I got home to find errors on my receipt, I tried calling the store three times and it went straight to voicemail. I was basically told I was a liar that I did not call the store when I clearly did.. Cathy definitely needs more training and customer service. Iāve worked in retail for 36 years in a supervisorās position and I would never belittle my customers or talk about other customers when people can hear every word you say in the store like I said I have heard her be friendly but when sheās nasty, she can be nasty. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I walk in this location looking for headphones. I walk to the head phones on the wall to take a look at them and Jessica the cashier then stated that I couldnāt be back there. This was a honest mistake didnāt know I couldnāt be. So I waited until she was done with the customer in line. When she came over I asked are those the only Bluetooth headphones she had she stated i donāt know unless there are more by there other headphones. So I then asked her to grab the headphones I was looking at she said ā You should have grabbed them when you were back here.ā This was stated with so much attitude. I stated the reason I didnāt grab them is because I was unsure of if those were the only kind they had back there. She grabbed them with a attitude and handed them to me. I tossed them on the counter and asked for her name and walked out. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at dollar general.
