Ricki's tacos — Restaurant in Westland

Shrimp tacos. Didn't come with onions nor tomatoes as expected and told when I called about 10mins prior to arrival. Decent tacos. Shrimp is cut up and felt like I was skimped, as it seemed to equate to about 2 shrimp per taco, whereas anywhere else, the standard is 3.. Trying out different shrimp tacos in the area. Wont return honestly. Completely subpar. Service was quick & excellent though.

Response: what you see is shrimp & cheese, not onions & tomatoes. I did not call in my order, I called to ask what the shrimp tacos entailed and was told it came with onions & tomatoes. I was even asked if I wanted everything on the tacos when I ordered and I said yeah. If everything was just cilantro then I don't know what to tell ya. Like i said, decent tacos, and the workers were polite just first impressions matter is all. But i probably will return though. I called a few days ahead to ask if they were able to provide tacos in a heart shape for Valentine's Day. Elizabeth took my order and was very pleasant. I provided the type and amount of tacos and verified a pickup time. Thankfully, they were able to provide what I requested as they were going to a large venue that day. I really wish I would have taken photos of our food because damn it was so good! My fiancé went last night to grab us dinner he told them I would get a hotdog because I only like regular taco meat so the guy sent him with an extra taco for me to try it was steak I think it was delicious so for people who think you won’t like steak tacos it’s pretty much the same thing maybe better!
