405 COM TAM & NOODLE — Restaurant in Westminster

About five months ago, I posted a review on this restaurant, rating it 1 out of 5 stars, but this time, my family, a friend and I decided to eat at this restaurant. I decided to give this restaurant one more chance. Last time I went there, it took over thirty minutes to get my order and no food was in the table. This time, it took about 10-13 minutes for the food to get ready, and it was a drastic improvement. But of course, no review is complete without rooms for improvement. The only thing I felt that the waiters needed to work on was to get the order right. Throughout the whole dine-in, the waiter got our order wrong two times. I feel that the waiter should clarify to the customer about their order before it is final. Overall, a better experience than my last trip.

OLD REVIEW: Ordered food from this restaurant, waited for over 30 minutes and no service from the employees. The waiting was so long that we had to walk out of that restaurant. Having three people working at the same time is no excuse. This restaurant needs to hire more people. The service was so slow that we had to wait for a very long time, not to mention that the staff forgot our order.

First of all, I purchased an order through Too Good to go and it was not at all appetizing??!! I thought this was a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant, was expecting rice or noodles with soup which was written in the description on Too Good to go, but I got pasta with meat chucks in it, I didn’t even eat, it was lukewarm and did not look good?! I feel like I wasted my gas, time, and money on some BS and I will never be coming back!! And they should also tell people or make it clear that it might be pasta or rice/noodles because had they done that I would’ve ordered anything!! I am posting a picture of what I got, it looked disgusting!! And the man that waited on me, was rude called me “sir” and I’m a women, like it was an awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here!! And the ambiance looked very disorganized and they were boxes on the table which isn’t sanitary, it looked like they had just moved in but I think they’ve been their for a while, it was very off putting and dirty, which is why I didn’t eat the food, I threw it...

Thiss is a good restaurant for any foodies. They have goood cook and enthusiast server who know what is good and fir for customers need. I came for a promo of two Nam Vang rice noodle got a free chiken rice. So far I am happy with just the rice noodle alone. They taste great. Flavourul and good portion. I will update on the chiken rice later. The nam vang come with dried or soup version. They come with some organ meat, shimp, fish ball, squid, pork, pork grind. If u order a dried version and not well versed in chopstick technique, maybe ask them for premix before bring to u as it quickly sticky together. But definitely worth every bite. I still feel little bit tempted for little more nooodle beca how good the sauce it was...
