Update: A manager reached out by replying to my review. I truly appreciate their openness to work on being better and how they offered to help with a comp drink(no, I didn't redeem the comp drink) but all I wanted was for something to be done so nobody has such an experience. Which it appears they did because since that incident I haven't had any bad customer service experiences. As I mentioned in my last post, their drinks have always been on point. They have something for everyone.

I have been a regular since they first opened. Their drinks are 5/5. However, their lack of customer service was not on par with the drinks. I paid for a total of six drinks and two were upsized. However, one of my upsized drinks was regular. So we had to drive back which was an inconvenience. The lady had braids and she had an attitude and asked for me to grab the other drinks while I was showing her the receipt and the drink that was not upsized per what I paid for. I had to ask the kiddos for their drinks just to show her. She interacted with me in an angry, rude, and terrible manner. Her demeanor and condescending manner when addressing the matter. After showing her the receipt and all the drinks she decided to finally provide me with the drink I paid for to begin with. I understand people make mistakes but the way she handles the matter was unacceptable, especially since she realized I was telling the truth. My favorite coffee by far is there iced sea cream black coffee. I’m lactose intolerant and am tired of the 60 cent surcharge at Starbucks or any other place. The sea cream does have dairy but it doesn’t upset my stomach as much or i just ignore it well. It hasn’t been a problem or issue. It is tasty when you shake it to mix the coffee and cream. It’s a prefect balance of sweetness. It gives me an extra boost for work and a good treat. The drive thru is pretty quick and the customer service is good. I have no complaints. 7 leaves take my money, I have found my favorite coffee spot. They have good matcha drinks with soy and just with water. Their summer mint drink is delicious and refreshing and so is there passion...

If you’re looking for a sit-down café, this isn’t it. But if you want a quick, refreshing pick-up with really solid drinks — this is your stop.

It’s more of a grab-and-go vibe. Not much seating, mostly people in and out with AirPods and energy. But that passion fruit tea? Super refreshing, perfect balance of sweet and tangy. They also had this nice rice fruit drink (maybe you mean lychee, logan, or coconut?) — definitely worth trying if you want something different.
