6 years ago, i used to come here to buy sandwiches. Their stuffs were tasty and cheap. However, once I was there and saw they dropped the egg rolls on the floor and picked it up, and put them back into the shelf into that plastic glass box. Another time i saw they dropped the whole tray of breads the floor. They picked it up and put it aside instead of into the trash can directly. I don't know where it would go finally. Another time, i saw the cashier who was wearing the gloves to do changes, she got freed up, so she went to help the employee to wrap the sandwiches with the same gloves. From then on, i didn't go to that store anymore. Last month, i passed by the store and forgot my lessons from 6 years ago. I bought their sandwiches again. Good price and still tasty. Only $12 for 3 breads. Love that again. Came 3 times. Today, while i was waiting for my sandwiches, I saw this lady employeeA dropped 3 breads (2 breads and 1 baguette) on the floor AGAIN. She put them into a corner hidden inside behind the big bread cart. And then another employeeB went to the corner and brought those 3 breads & baguette back into the tray which the employeeA will use to that to make sandwiches. Then the employeeA took some breads out of the tray to make the sandwiches for me. I was wishing i didn't got that luck. I went home and heat that up with my air fryer at 400F for 2 minutes and wish i could...

Service and the quality of the food used to be a favorite place to get teriyaki sandwiches. I don't know what changed, but something's different. My visit before tonight the sandwich was soggy because it sat there waiting while I sat there waiting and waiting. I don't know why the lady's won't look at me. They will look anywhere they have to to not look in my direction. Maybe it's cause I'm white. Never seen another white person there in all my visits. Well tonight the same exact thing happened! The only difference being tonight after walking out with my sandwich and deciding I didn't want to eat it because it was going to be nasty like the previous visit I just walked back inside and gave it to the cashier and told her I wasn't going to eat it because I already knew it was all wet and nasty inside from sitting for so long (over 10 minutes) while I sat there staring at it wondering if it was mine. No one offered to make me a new one or refund my money ($4) So I left aggravated with $4 less in my pocket and 20 minutes I will never get back. On top of all of that I drove 4 miles just to get there. What a diagrace! It's been 20 min since I left and I'm still mad and hungry!...

I just realized the short sandwiches are the ones with the discount, but I still could have gotten two long sandwiches instead of a long and short and it was still communicated that the special can't have duplicates when some customers are not told the same.

I've been getting the 12 (short) and 32 (long) 4+ times a week, since I don't know when, since I was told I can not get any the same for the buy 2 get 1 free, otherwise I would get 3 32 (long) or a third sandwich, because I have an allergy I'm only able to get those two sandwiches. It was fine, UNTIL NOW...the lady in front of me just ordered three of the same. I don't know, if that's racial discrimination or what. I would address it with the restaurant, but there is a language barrier and they only take cash, so there's no way to know how many sandwiches I've been shorted. Obviously, never going back and never recommending that place, again. And this place was right next to my place and on way to and from work and recommended by an app, so I'll make sure to copy and paste this review to that app. It's funny, too, because if the customer didn't speak in English for part of the order, I wouldn't have...
