Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westminster

I don’t know how to start.. my daughter and I walked in to order. The girl at counter taking orders was nice., but was new and was not trained because she kept asking for help.. her coworker ignored all her questions. We were taking so long that the 2 customers behind us left. 2 of the girls working the drive thru and preparing the orders are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. When we got our drinks one of them was wrong and no body helped just walked by me over and over again.. until I had stop one them to tell them about the drink but once again so rude never answered me just took my drink..she gave me my drink but just put on the counter with a angry face .. I said thank you and walked away without a word just looked angry.. we will never go there again.. service needs to be trained in...

After having back surgery, I’ve decided to call DoorDash to have my order delivered that this be an excellent solution to my immobility issues, as well as my hunger … boy was I wrong! Ordering was quite easy give you suggestions and selection and I chose to have a croissant with sausage and cheese and Half dozen donuts for my family. I ordered Shelley glanced cream filled. I received powdered donuts and chocolate whipped cream filled four of them. My bagel was stale and cold with an egg and bacon thrown on it. Not happy at all now I’m calling and no one’s picking up… I’m seeing a solution and I’ll just find their level of incompetence or Customer Service lacking. I'm giving this location three stars bc the service was good (the gal in the drive through was very friendly and the coffee I ordered by her recommendation was really good) but I'm not experienced with Dunkin donuts so maybe someone can help fill in some blanks…I ordered a box of munchkins (donut holes) a variety of flavors bc I didn't know donut holes came in a variety of flavor options so when a co worker made me aware of this I went after work (approx 2pm). Anyway- they were cold, as in they were refrigerated? If that is the norm then my bad and I won't be buying these again. Also, I'm pretty sure there was a bite out of one of the donut holes sO that pretty much seals the deal on me ever returning to this specific location. Maybe I'll give "munchkins" another chance.
