Hotel Europa — Hotel in Huntington Beach

Very rude staff. Didn’t offer any clean towels or trash bags. Horrible Wi-Fi connection It was really useless I just had to use mobile data the whole time. The bed was so cheap and squeaky. The lady who runs the place seems to live there and cooks very strong smelling fish with her door wide open. I heard her fart so loud when I walked by her always open room one time… lol.. I had to laugh about that one.. please close your door!! She made me uncomfortable too always watching me and looking angrily at me.. I did nothing wrong.. it made me feel very strange. Thanks for making me and my animals feel so very unwelcome! A lot of loud arguing but no, not from the guests but the staff! Long hair in bath tub, 2 dead baby cockroaches, and the floor made my bare feet BLACK. Luckily I live 5 minutes away and grabbed my broom and mop. Ridiculous.

Maybe for a one drunken night to stay here cause you won’t mind the conditions then.. but apart from that heck no I will not be coming back and will tell my friends...

Cockroaches in the room. When asked by front desk what they can do about it I was told staff would look for spray. I waited an hour, no one ever came back to the room. Once I was tired of waiting & wasting my vacation time I went to look for staff. The front desk worker showed me a bottle of Raid & wanted me to go spray the room myself. I had my dog with me during the stay & told them I would not use that due to it being unhealthy for my pet. They offered no other solutions. Did not receive a single apology. Nothing. When i tried to talk to the other staff member the next morning, she offered no apology & told me I couldn't contact management because they are in China. She just walked away from me while I was still talking & never came back. Truly the most awful staff & disgusting...

No one at the front desk upon arrival. Waited at least ten minutes for someone to show up. Tried to charge me for my Service Dog @ $50/day x two days. Blatant violation of ADA regulations. Required printed identification of dog's Service. Second violation of ADA regulations. Due to their ignorance and argumentative rudeness, I refused to stay at this establishment. The location was convenient for my itinerary, but not worth the aggravation. Unaware of the quality of the rooms. Based upon my experiences, I will inform ADA office of the property's practices.
