Green Tea — Restaurant in Westminster

Ordered 3 meal items and found out when I got home that one order was incorrect. I live out of town but I found time to bring back the meal and receipt. The cashier said the order was what I asked for. However the menu has the same item in 2 locations. One of those is a combo with pork rice and the other an a la cart type option. The cashier argued with me for 10 minutes, offering an arbitrary 5 dollars in return for my troubles. I could not agree. Eventually she offered the correct meal the next time I returned. 15 minutes later, she left me a message saying that because it was 5 days ago, it was ridiculous that I should even be asking for a refund and the verbal offer of a new meal was now retracted. Cheap, really cheap. Any other respectable restaurant would have taken it back and corrected it immediately. Seek elsewhere. No good. Green Tea is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the area! Every meal I’ve had here has been fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste high-quality, and the flavors are spot on.

We always enjoyed the food from Green Tea and felt luck to have a take out place in town.
