The guys and I go to the Westminster Cafe (aka The Gathering Place) every Saturday morning after playing pickup hockey, so I've ordered the whole menu through the years. Read morePros: Hefty portions of good ice cream. Fries are thin and crispy. Fried scallops were pretty good. Owner and the boy in the window are very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Cons: Women at the window is rather rude and isn't knowledgeable about the menu. Soda is served warm, with food and in floats. Floats are $6.50 with a small amount of ice cream that just melts in the warm soda rather then freezing parts of the soda; its gross, certainly not worth $6.50.
