Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Westminster

Food is solid. It's not the healthiest but it is a good experience. This location is very good, quick and efficient and cordial.. They are not the friendliest, but they treat you like and make you feel like an important customer. I did have a strange order once ( I've lived 2000ft from that location and its entire existence, so I've literary have ordered thousands of times) where I order two plain burgers and when I got home I happened to look at them and each Burger had broken glass. I brought it back to the manager and she nearly died I believe from the lawsuit I could have pursued but I felt I should have not so I just asked for my money back and warned her that it looked intentional so keep a hawk eye on the employees as it looked intentionally placed. She still manages a great location. I should have asked for free food for life, that would come in handy feeding my son. I'm out of work ATM, so anyone have any work? I'm a Jack of all trades. It was the most fraudulent and rude service I've ever gotten. The manager was gonna Doble charge me while I paid with cash first then card and then she wanted to charge the whole amount to the card even tho I gave her most of the total o. cash, so she was almost triple charging me. I mentioned it to her and she told me not to tell her how to do her job which she clearly doesn't know how to do and gave horrible horrendous and disrespectful service I wouldn't even call it customer service beacuse didn't even cared for the customer. After I mentioned to this vile woman that she's over charging me she has the audacity to not seve me at all cuz she's wrong and can't admit it and apologize and do the job right. No apparently her pride is more important that her ethical and moral compassion and doing her job. First I'd like to say I have never been to this location, and won't be returning. This location is poorly ran, has bad service and is unfriendly. I went to the drive through to use coupons. I'm on a fixed income so I try and treat myself every so often. The lady named Rubi didn't tell me they were separate transactions, which I know you're able to use it all in one transaction because i've done it before. Anyway, I handed her my money she grabbed it and didn't smile or anything. As she handed my order, she slammed the window on me. I tried to ask if my whole order was there and if I could get sauces but the window was closed. Very Very rude individual. People like her should be out of customer service.
