First time here! First of all they did an amazing job with the decor it’s so beautiful outside and inside is even better . Service : Our server was very attentive, he’s bilingual , great recommendations on the Michelada we tried the Mango Chamoy Michelada and tastes exactly how he described . Thought we would try out this new place. My family and I are huge foodies. We were instantly welcomed and my picky eater daughter was accommodated with something not on the menu. This is a real Gem!!! Appetizers were great. Vibes are really good for a date night and we had a real upscale feel with the food at great prices. The tropical ceviche is great. I came here really excited and hoping for a good experience, but it was a disaster. The service was painfully slow. The young woman helping me seemed very inexperienced — it took 20 minutes just to take our order, another 15 minutes for drinks, and then over half an hour for food that never even arrived.

To make things worse, they even got my order wrong. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse. Management really needs to better train their staff. Very disappointing, and I will not...
