Good icecream bad business

Hours online posted closes at 9:00, hours on the store front posted 9:00. The door to the place is propped open the time 8:30. My wife and daughter go in to get icecream for the rest of us. She is met by a woman that would only respond with closed. Im glad we drove because we checked the hours and almost walked. I was referring people to this place but will no longer. I originally gave a five star but changed ot to one. My family and I will drive right by this place from this point forward. I have never been treated this way at cool king. Loyal...

I’ve gone to many michoacanas before and none of them have the fruity pebbles flavor but this one did , I drove specifically for that flavor and only for the ice cream . I go in and tell the short chubbier lady I would like the fruity pebbles ice cream and she proceeds to tell me it’s too hard to scoop so she can’t give it to me. Like what the heck , isn’t your job to scoop ice cream and hand it out, not refuse to scoop ice cream bc it’s “too hard”. Very disappointed. Left with...
