Poke Haus — Restaurant in Westminster

Got poke a couple days back after not having gone for a while. I will say I believe their portion sizes and sauce options increased so I’m very happy to see that!

The good: the fish tasted really fresh, I got a medium bowl with half white rice and Half mixed greens and tuna, salmon and scallops for my protein. I love the wide variety of options they had for toppings and it was refreshing to not be charged for every little topping. The only thing that was extra I paid for was avocado (which they didn’t really give much of tbh they should give a little more)

The okay: the bowls never seem to have enough sauce so I always have to ask for more. It can be annoying when I have to come back to get sauce. Also I wish they had a description of the flavors of the sauces because they have so many.

I've been a customer of Poke Haus since the first day they opened their doors. This is my go-to poke to go place; it doesn't get much better than this in Orange County. They opened Poke Haus at the height of the poke craze and set a great standard for quality and freshness, as well as service; it's been consistently met for all these years. Of course, prices have raised over the last five years (what restaurant hasn't?), and what used to cost me about 12 dollars for a Medium 3-scoop poke bowl is now about 20 dollars if I leave a tip. That's pretty much par for the course everywhere, though. It does mean however that I can afford poke lunch here much less often. Also...it's sad that Poke Haus no longer puts the free little slices of avocado with every order, and that they no longer offer yellowtail as an option. I wish they would...

This poke shop gets 5 stars for value for dollar menu pricing. All of the choices are super fresh, and made right in front of you. Despite the prime location in Huntington Beach - the prices are on par with other off-the-beaten-path poke restaurants.

I had the tuna, spicy tuna, and salmon with alllll of the toppings. Super delicious.

The only potential downside to this location is that there are just a few tables...so you might not get seating if they are busy. My friend and I had no issue with seating, but it's worth mentioning in case you're planning on getting a table during...
