I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer treatment at TELETRON – 13818 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA. On April 17, 2025, I visited this location to purchase a BIOMAT QUEEN mattress. Before making the payment, I asked very clearly about their return policy. Both the owner, Mr. Huy, and his staff assured me: “Don’t worry. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days, just bring it back and we’ll give you a full 100% refund. After 14 days, you can contact the manufacturer directly. But this is a high-quality product, and it sells very fast, so you won’t have any problems.” Because of that assurance, I decided to make the purchase. However, after paying, I never received any confirmation email or shipping information, as I had been promised. After several days with no updates, I returned to the store on April 20 to ask about my order. They told me it was delayed due to the holiday and assured me they would follow up. On April 21, I finally received an email saying the mattress would be delivered on Friday, April 25. But that night, when I opened the package and used the mattress, I discovered it was defective – the heating function was malfunctioning, causing extreme heat on my back, which made it impossible to sleep. On April 29, I returned to the store to report the issue and request a refund. Instead of showing any concern or support, the manager, Jimmy, was dismissive and even aggressive, refusing to refund me simply because the product had been opened – despite it being clearly defective. When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Huy, again, he told me: “I’m no longer in charge – the manager decides now,” and then refused to come downstairs to speak with me. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I’m sharing my experience not to cause conflict, but to warn other customers to be extremely careful when shopping at TELETRON, especially at 13818 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA.
