Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westmont

I went into this location for a simple muffin. The one lady helping the dining room we so sweet. She was doing her best, but as a line formed no one else helped her. There were 6 people stationed to help the drive... there was only one person in the drive. There was a manager or owner (young female) chatting and joking with the crew, clearly aware or the dining room and did nothing about it. Some one in that place needs to go to food safety classes. You are not allowed to wear sanitary gloves to sweet the dining room. Lastly, when I ordered my muffin from the nice lady, I asked for a packet of butter. The women standing there had the audacity to ask if I was charged... for a single butter packet for my muffin. Wow I don't care for Starbucks but at least they take care of there customers. Go down the street to the other DD, so...

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts. I usually give a tip of .50 cents to $1.00. Each trip. I normally Love and Enjoy the freindly staff. However my last visit leaves me deciding whether I will ever go back. I always order the same drink almost every visit. A large iced black coffee with two flavor shots. However this time it was full of cream. I cannot have dairy. When I brought it up that they added cream they argued with me. And scowled at me like I was nuts. How dare they. I work customer service at a full time job and part time job. Being helpful and genuine is very important in the service industry. Please be aware that you may have lost a customer...

We frequent here cos we live nearby. Very approachable and friendly staff! Always letting us know if they’re out of something before we place our order.

Sometimes, we pull up at around midnight and there’s this old gentleman who takes our order and makes the drinks at the same time. At first, we thought he couldn’t take our order cos they’re already closed. Turns out we were kind of overwhelming him, which we apologize for. We are not sure if he works overnight by himself but we have become extra patient with him due to his age. If you are reading this, know that you’re doing an amazing job.
