CubeSmart Self Storage — Local services in Westmont

The customer service at CubeSmart is great! Joseph and Karen are friendly and do a wonderful job of answering any questions you have, taking a payment over the phone if need be, and generally making sure your stay is a pleasant one.

I had a problem with my overhead garage door which Karen and Joseph both worked repeatedly to resolve. It was eventually determined that my unit needed a new door to solve the issue. The door was ordered and Joseph called to let me know when it had arrived and that it was being installed. I liked the fact that the CubeSmart folks (Nate, Joseph and Karen) stepped up to address this issue, even though the resolution was going to be costly. To me that shows true attention to customer satisfaction and that they are willing to invest in the facility to keep it well maintained.

In the end, I like that my unit is safe and secure, my concerns were addressed, and I received great customer service, which I don't take for granted. The best unit without great customer service to back it up is not a good value. In this case, the facility which includes great customer service has been a nice place to do business with and I would definitely recommend using...

I walked into the inquire about different sized storage units. Teresa M. was there to greet me. She was very polite and professional. She was pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to help me with my needs and answer my questions. I'd definitely want her as an employee if I were hiring.

I recently rented a storage unit at this Westmont location. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady named Kenya H.

She was courteous and professional. She explained everything that I needed to know. She did not force any sale upon me. She let me know my options and left it up to me to decide.

The office was clean and organized. The property was also clean with no sign of any trash.

When considering returning as a customer, I base my decision largely on professionalism and how well they provide customer service. Because of the customer service provided by Kenya, I will have no problem coming back to this storage facility if needed. I will also be more than happy to refer this place to family...

Expensive and underwhelming.

BOTH units have failed to protect my belongings from water intrustion.

My stuff got WET in the storage unit that I pay to keep my stuff dry.

It has caused significant inconvenience in addition to the damage. Teresa has been very helpful and kind, but ultimately things are largely out of her control. I have been told not to put things close to the wall of my unit, therefore limiting my ability to use the very square feet I'm paying for access to. What was I offered as compensation for the damage, inconvenience, limited access, and basic failing to provide the core service for which I became a customer? 25 bucks off my next months rent. A paltry and offensive sum that barely covers the cost I've incurred in replacement cardboard boxes. A tone deaf and uncaring district manager makes an otherwise pleasant experience so sour.
