Friendly Seating Suggestion
Hello, I hope your day is going well. I live near the 63rd & Cass Starbucks and often stop by after work. I’ve noticed that many local middle and high school students like to visit together after school, which is great to see. I wanted to kindly suggest adding a long high-top style table in the open area to the left when you walk in — it seems like the perfect spot for groups to gather without disrupting the usual customer flow near the register and seating area. It could make the space even more welcoming for everyone and help keep the café organized during busy hours.
Warm regards, -V FIRST REVIEW: 08/2025 I came to Starbucks today to get a little bit of studying done, it didn’t start out so well, but Starbucks has truly turned this into a memorable experience, which was much needed!
First and foremost, I was locked out of my Apple wallet at the counter and was not able to make my payment. After taking about five minutes to figure that situation out and returning to the store, I was greeted with a complementary coffee and they refused to accept my payment as a kind gesture!
The weather is great. The atmosphere here is great and the service is unmatched, as I am outside, studying and getting a little bit of work done, one of the managers came out and asked for me to try one of their new strawberry milkshakes, which was also complementary!
Highly recommend Starbucks as people buy from people before they buy any products or services and I will always be a customer of...
Read moreI used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.
The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared. I'll order a sandwich and a drink and only the drink will be out. I will wait and not say anything because I dont want to rush anyone but then the employees start running ice and stuff, filling cups, doing things you do when there are no orders. Or i will order a drink and see the cup perfectly placed where it should be to fill it up, but it hasn't been. Weird stuff like that.
I spend a good amount of money here and its honestly just disappointing. Also having worked at Starbucks before I know that sometimes things can slip your mind and I empathize. But when it's consistently happening?

Read moreHorrible. I went the day after Christmas for my birthday drink. It took over 20 minutes inside to make 1 peppermint mocha. I had to leave so I wouldn't miss my appointment. Very sad that not only did I miss my free bday drink, to add- the barista was rude. I saw my drink sticker move across the line and when I asked about it because it was next, she said I had 8 more drunk orders before mine. I watched her move it over. I left without my drink! Not visiting that location any more, not worth my extra time.
