. I did not receive a full meal today and the food was not edible. I have never received such a smaller serving of food. Waste of money and energy, already empty bowl nothing in it, this is a joke. Burnt brown chips so hard they are not edible after paying 7 dollars for chips and guacomole . My veggie bowl so empty and small it literally had 3 pieces of lettuce on top of it. I was not given a full or edible bowl that I paid for. I was given such a little amount of actual food and toppings this is inexcusable. And can’t even call it a veggie bowl or presented well enough to eat it. This looks like something you’d mix together and feed a dog. This is a joke and I need a refund I paid 32 dollars for it and nothing but a little sofritas sorry, thank you. This is the smallest bowl I have ever received from this location.
don’t know what happened to this chipotle location, this is absolutely terrible. I’m not paying for chips so hard and burned brown I’m not able to eat or even chew at all. Just painful
I’ve had a vegetarian chipotle order and added everything on it this time since 2018 and this was one of the worst I’ve ever seen and been served in my life, in no way is this acceptable and eatable and considered paying for a entree. Can check Uber eats orders for references placed around 5:56 PM. This is absolutely terrible and I don’t know if I’ll support chipotle chain anymore I was given food so little, this is terrible and not enough to eat it after my order being so expensive, and this time I was excited because I had put everything on it.

The rice was dry and flavorless, the chicken was overcooked and rubbery, and the whole thing just fell apart because it was wrapped so poorly. The guacamole tasted off, like it had been sitting out for way too long. The chips were an absolute joke—stale to the point of tasting like cardboard. Also the bag was practically empty, as if they’d counted out a handful and called it a day. To make matters worse, the service was downright awful. There was this short, muscular guy at the register, and his attitude was horrendous. Read moreI walked into an already busy Chipotle with my girlfriend. We expected the orders to take some time, which is fine. We waited a long time, over 20 minutes, to even begin to place our order. There was a lot of miscommunication in online orders and real time orders. A lot of food was thrown away because they simply made the wrong food. When I placed my order I asked for a burrito. The young man in glasses gave me a torn tortilla and would not replace it for me. He proceeded to tell me “it happens” as if I should just deal with it, after all a burrito costs around $8 without guacamole. By the time my burrito was going to be wrapped, the lady had trouble with my burrito and tore the tortilla even more because a good piece of tortilla was already missing to begin with. She then asked me if I wanted it double wrapped, with another tortilla. So overall I had an extra thick tortilla, poor customer service, very long wait times, and just sheer confusion and miscommunication among the staff.
