Delicious pizza, beer, cider, salads and desert options. Even when the restaurant looks packed, the service is still amazing! The atmosphere offers you plenty to see. Looking around at their decor and patio area, makes waiting for take out worth it. Helps pass the time. We had a Veggie pizza and added pepperoni, the spinach salad and a couple drinks. They have a large assortment of brews. I do miss their outdoor propane fire pits. But, they do have a large outdoor heated area. It is a casual place, which is nice after a day at the beach. No need to worry about being dressed up, if you don't want to. It is close to a few vacation rentals and motels. Definitely worth dining at. To clarify after reading some reviews: They also have a sister location at the Marina. This is the taphouse. They have different dinner options such as, tacos, burgers, burritos, appetizers and typically a dinner special. This location does close earlier and less brewery options. Very kid/family friendly. Still great food.

Thank God for Blackbeard’s Brewing. My husband and I were FIENDING for a drink, particularly from a craft brewery. I honestly didn’t think this tiny town would come thru, so I was stoked when it showed up on Yelp. Also, it’s basically in the middle of the residential area, so you can just walk to it if your staying near. My husband tried the Ghostship IPA (ABV. 6.5% IBU 40) and I got the holiday special, Cranberry Mead (Abv. 7.7%). I enjoyed my drink a lot, I found it floral and clean, and the cranberry wasn’t overwhelming. For food we shared Blackbeard’s Signature (red sauce, pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives, mushrooms and mozzarella, $18.00) with cauliflower crust ($1.00). HOLY YUM! We polished off the entire pie in 10 minutes without hesitation. This was some of the best cauliflower crust I’ve ever had. Everything used was very fresh and used generously. It’s no wonder why this place is so popular. I would definitely recommend you to visit if you’re ever in this cute lil coastal town!

Came out here from Olympia to check this place out and definitely was worth it!. Food was absolutely amazing and great sized portions, the service was amazing, the staff here really made you feel right at home, cozy atmosphere and super chill vibe. It is kid/family friendly however their other location which is on the waterfront is 21 and over FYI. They have sodas for the kids as well. The beer is amazing, the amber is definitely delicious as well as the porter if you’re into those kinds of beers, but they also have plenty of other options for beers depending on your preference. You won’t leave this place hungry that’s for sure! I would definitely drive out to check this place out if you’re into exploring different breweries, you won’t be disappointed. Pictured below are the Nachos and the spicy cheese curds, a bit of a kick depending on your spice tolerance but not uncomfortably hot. Thanks Blackbeards! We will definitely be back!

Went to the restaurant on Friday in February 21st of 2025 seen they had a prime rib special. So we went in to order and they said that they didn't start serving prime rib until 5:00 p.m. so we would need to make a reservation. So we made a reservation for 5:00 p.m. Upon returning to the restaurant we were seated after we told them we had reservations and they immediately had us pay for meal up front. We were served and started to eat and the prime rib you couldn't even chew it or cut it with a steak knife. The waitress returned to the table to ask us if we had a problem and we told her yes the prime rib was not chewable it was way way tough. She told us that they had got new prime rib in and was trying it out and they were very sorry she then offered to take it in the back and have it cooked more so we agreed. I watched when she took it back to the Cook and it looked like he only put it on the grill for 3 minutes. It was brought back to us and it was still the same tough and unchewable. We stopped eating and she asked us if we wanted a box to get it to go we said no. She then threw it in the garbage next to us. They told us that we would have to talk to a manager to get a refund. We had called several times a manager was never in we left messages and manager never returned the call. I would suggest not eating...

We are visiting Westport for just one night, and I honestly didn't expect to find much of anything good to eat here. Actually, after looking around some, it seems Westport is picking up in its offerings. It was pizza month, though (our own thing, not a real thing), and we hadn't yet had our pizza this week. So, there seemed to be two or three options. We drove by here before checking in to the hotel, and it was packed. When I looked online for pizza options, this brewery surprisingly popped up. I figured that they would just have pizza as an option, I didn't realize it was basically the only option.

That worked out just fine. We were all getting pizza anyway, and if you do just one thing, you usually do it well. The one thing they did very well was the crust. The toppings were great. The only thing in need of some work is the sauce, but that didn't stop it from being a good experience.

While it had cleared out some when we got there, we still figured there might be a wait for a table. No, there were lots of open tables. That little place is deceptive. The staff was mostly great, though stretched a bit thin and/or not being completely attentive, but it was still pretty good service.

I'll be happy to come back here, but it does look like there might be a few other places in town to...

Great pizza! Went to blackbeard’s for some pizza and beer. Started off with the Garlic Parmesan fries and shrimp ceviche. The fries were great!! It came with a secret sauce that was some sort of horseradish sauce. I hate horseradish but this sauce was GREAT!!!! The shrimp ceviche was not really that good. The “seafood flavor” was a bit strong. I work at a seafood restaurant myself and I definitely know shrimp is past it’s date. My husband still ate it. My husband tried 2 of the beers, he enjoyed them. I had a pineapple cider and it was tasty! We chose 3 pizzas. Chicken bacon ranch, the tsunami and a create your own. All three pizza were SO GOOD!!! Each pizza was generously loaded with toppings!! Oh and the crust!!! Loved it! Our server was very friendly and helpful! We decided to eat outside but didn’t realize it was as chilly as it was. Our server made sure the outdoor heater was working properly for us and even changed the propane. I did not catch her name, but I remember her telling us about her son who was working on a fishing boat for the summer! She gets 5 stars!!! All in all, great experience and great...
