I ordered delivery. After 1:30 called to get an ETA and Nick, the person who answered , told me my food was ready for pickup. I told him it was delivery, and he said "OK we will send" and hung up. I called again and said if it had been sitting there for a while and was cold I did not really want it. He answered "we would never give you cold food" and hung up again. I called a third time and said we wanted to cancel and he hung up. I called, again and told him to stop hanging up on me. He said "it is cancelled" and hung up. Again. No apology or anything. I cant believe how rude this person was. And this is not the first time something like this happens. Just a month ago I had a problem with an order. Mistakes happen, I understand. Prime Rib - Terrible ... back to back visits. First visit was Trumbull where they told me they would hold 3 medium rare ribs for a party of 3. We get there and all they have in an overcooked end cut and one medium rare rib. They could care a less about not holding them for us as they promised. Went to Wesport tonight (3-31-19) and ordered a medium rare prime rib. It was clearly reheated (the reheated side placed down in the plate to try and hide it) in the oven leaving one said medium well and the rest medium. Prime rib at a diner would be a better choice than here. I did not try anything else. Staff must have known the food wasn't good because they never asked how it was. I wanted to like this place as we were looking for some where new to go.. I cant say i would ever go back,

first of all in a town where masks are supposed to be worn by every one indoors, NOT ONE person had one on, not in the kitchen, not the wait staff or the pizza cooking area.. NO one. it kind of upset me, but got over it..

but when the food came, i ordered the fried chicken and fries, the fries were not fresh but frozen and the roll on witch the chicken sat was fridge cold, the cole slaw was not good at all, and no flavor, my partner ordered fish and chips, it was so greasy could not eat it at all..

No wonder there was only one other table of two people, that should have been the sign, had better food at McDonalds.. Sorry but dont waste...
