Been watching this place rehab for quite some time and was excited to try it out. The area is in desperate need for a good, fresh and new pizza place (IMHO).

Lo Piccolos didn’t disappoint tonight. Great fresh taste of the mozzarella and pepperoni but I would have to say, the cook on it was absolutely superb! I can’t stress how well this was prepared! The crust was crisp, not too doughy while the undercarriage was cook well, with little to no sogginess.

Certainly will be our go to for pizza from now on… I am looking forward to trying there other items and new additions, as they become available.

This is a really tough time to open a business with supply chain challenges and rising pricing! Go support these guys, you will not be disappointed!

Edit 10/6 So I have ordered here about 4-5 times now since they opened. My first experience was great and I wished nothing but success for them. However, they have fallen severely off the mark. The portions of toppings keep getting smaller and let’s not talk about the fries, pathetic. Simply put, the value isn’t there for me to spend $26 dollars for a 16” pizza and about 10-12 fries.

Tonights pizza was by far the worst. It tasted like a reheated conveyor style pizza with crispy stale crust. There was a lack of the freshness I experienced on my first trip. It almost seems that now, when you come to pickup, they pull a pizza off a rack ( that was pre made and sitting at room temp) and place it in the oven to crisp up. I’m sorry to say, there is something that has changed which has caused me to seek...

The secret is out! Great food and great people. However, growing pains are definitely affecting their service.

I figured my first service disappointment was just a training issue. I couldn’t get through on the phone, so I ordered online. When I went to pickup my pizza the cashier couldn’t find my order. When I told her I ordered online, she bent down and checked the printer. There was my ticket. They weren’t checking for online orders. Would have been nice to get it free but …

My latest issue just happened. Ordered a plain pizza at 5:30pm and was told it would be ready in 55 minutes. Went to pick it up and the place was hopping! Glad their business is booming. They deserve the success.

However, I had to wait another hour for just a plain pizza. I knew I was in trouble when the cashier came up to me 30 minutes after I paid and asked what I had ordered. She quickly told the kitchen guys to make a plain pizza. Another lost opportunity to say no charge.

Seems to be a disconnect between the order takers and the food preparers. Their order system needs to grow with the business! Get rid of the pieces of paper!

Again, great food and great people. Disappointing customer service. ...

I have driven past Lo Piccolo's Pizza countless times and finally decided to stop in for lunch today. The experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, owner Chris made me feel right at home. He kindly offered a sample slice of pizza that was nothing short of spectacular, especially when enhanced by his in-house homemade honey hot sauce, crafted with local honey.

But the culinary delights didn't end there. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions on a seeded bun, and every bite was a burst of fresh, mouth-watering flavors. I was so captivated by the ambiance and the quality of the food that I couldn't resist taking a photo of someone else's pizza as it emerged hot from the oven—it looked that good!

In addition to the fantastic food, Chris shared intriguing stories about the history of the pizza and the building, adding another layer to my memorable visit.

Lo Piccolo's Pizza has not just earned a repeat customer in me, but also a vocal advocate. Whether it's for their irresistible pizzas or their delectable cheesesteaks, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back, and I strongly recommend you make your way there as well. Trust me, you...

One of the guys at work found this place when he was looking at the Pizza places in West Chester on Google maps. The photos and reviews looked very good. We purchased a couple pizza pies, and a couple hoagies. Everything tasted delicious! The Old Neighborhood Italian hoagie was by far the best italian hoagie I've ever had. The Madone pizza had an incredible flavor. Both of these I waited a little bit before the next bite and allowed the after taste to just linger in my mouth. The Sausage pie was excellent, the crust is the perfect blend of ingredients, it was soft, and the crisp'd edges completed the flavor. I also had a small slice of the cheese steak with cooper sharp. The steak was very tender and you can't go wrong with cooper sharp. On first bite the cheesesteak was a little underwhelming but as I chewed the flavor became extremely satisfying. I think next time I may ask for the cheese steak with mushrooms and onions. I'm not super picky when it comes to pizza, but I really liked the Madone. It is by far one of my favorite pizza's to date.
