Broadway Pizzeria-Restaurant — Restaurant in Westwood

Wow! And not in a good way… Not sure who is leaving these 5 star reviews b/c the food was absolutely terrible. I would not trust any person who gave this restaurant a 5 star rating.

Picked up around 6pm on a Friday evening. The store is literally empty. Food was hot/warm when I picked it up but probably b/c it was sitting on top of the oven… and that’s about the only nice thing I can say.

Ordered 3 items:

Pizza Ordered a large pizza, half cheese half pepperoni. The pizza probably should have been left in the oven another few minutes. You could see the cheese wasn’t fully melted. Flavor itself was ok and the pizza was probably the most edible item we ordered, but that’s not saying much.

Pasta Pasta with broccoli, garlic and oil. Pasta was way way way overcooked and it basically disintegrated when you took a bite and literally tasted like nothing.

Fries Holy cow… talk about the worst fries ever. The fries were basically strips of soggy, undercooked, boiled potato with absolutely no flavor.

Ordered here b/c of the high rating and I’m always willing to try other restaurants in the area… but that was a big mistake. Will never order from here again. You’re way better off going to Domani’s or Nino’s...

was there a few hours ago 6/12 and bought a cheese slice to stay. when I lifted the piece of pie on the paper plate, it slid to the floor without me taking one bite.

told the man behind the counted about this and he said he would have to charge me for another slice - full price.

this is terrible customer service - no consideration for the patron at all. would appreciate a voucher for...

I got 6 slices of salami on my sub layed flat and like 4 pieces of cheese 90% of my sub was shredded lettuce you could barely even taste anything other than the lettuce if you only have enough for a half sub just tell me! We also got a eggplant parm which was a sub with eggplant on it no sauce no cheese and tons of lettuce thats ice cold i am very disappointed...
