This was the worst professional experience I ever had. Went through the drive through and first of all, the person who took my order automatically assumed. What kind of coffee I would have without asking me how I take my coffee or giving me the time? Who let her know that I wanted my coffee with cream and sugar. Then when I got up to the window to pick up my coffee. The dirtiest of looks that this young lady gave me from the window. Her rudeness her attitude and her behavior was unacceptable for a place that should thrive on good customer service practice. It is unacceptable to treat your customers. That way unacceptable to look at your customers that way and unacceptable to speak to your customers with a rude and unprofessional demeanor. I’m not sure what was going on this morning but I go through the drive thru and it took forever just to order it’s like the workers were moving in slow motion or something I waited 20 minutes just to order with 3 cars ahead of me. But it is morning time so I’m not all that bothered about it what has me upset about my experience today is the fact that I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and when I opened my sandwich when I got to work it was all burnt like the person who was making it either didn’t care or was just not paying attention but that was just not right. Read moreMe and my grandma were waiting to order our food at the intercom for minutes and we realized nobody answered or even said to wait for a couple minutes so my grandma thought the intercom was broken so we pulled up to the front and the worker almost gave us the wrong order, and my grandma told her that we went to the front because nobody was answering the intercom and she said because they’re ‘busy’. She then gave us our coffee we ordered and our donuts and some guy worker said my grandmother that she needs more patience because they’re ‘busy’ like we weren’t being patient from the start.
