I’ll start this review by saying that the only reason I didn’t give one star is because the lady that did my brows, Linda was great. She was very polite and nice and did a great job on my brows. As for the owners of this establishment, I have a lot to say and none of it is good. I experienced the worst customer service in my life from them. I should mention this started with the purchase of a Groupon for their business. I booked the appointment and told them it was a Groupon from the get go. When I arrived for my appointment, it was business as usual and then at the end you go up and use the Groupon. When I went to do so the receptionist told me there was something wrong with me Groupon, and then took my phone to the back to show the business owners. They came to the front and explained to me that a student at their establishment made the Groupon using their business name and since I didn’t receive the service from that student, that they would have to charge me much more (double) and that I couldn’t use the Groupon at all. I was obviously shocked and unsure what to do since I had already received the service and would have been perfectly fine having the service from a “student”. They were completely unapologetic for their lapse in communication with their staff and some how turned it into Groupons and my fault and were very concerned about any money lost for them. Nowhere in the Groupon did it state the service needed to be done by a specific student either. I’m sure the business will respond with some made up excuse for why it was still not their fault and how it was totally ethical to make me pay more than double what I thought I was paying for a service. They had the audacity to ask if I wanted to come in for a touch up at the end of all this and all I have to say is no thanks.

In response to Phivi, I’ve reviewed my Groupon signup, and the mention of a student brow expert and her phone number are suspiciously absent. It appears you have updated it since my visit, which is an admission of your business’s failure to vet your Groupon protocol. Mistakes happen, but a business’s internal failures are not the responsibility of the customer. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that Groupon deals at your business are accurate. Your efforts to “rectify the situation” appear to be a purposeful obfuscation of reality and a ploy to get extra money from your customer. As for the loss of money, it is laughable to think that 2 hours of rented space resulted in a loss for you. Prove it. Your cost of product and services is no where near the rate you charged. You surely made a profit on this transaction regardless of the Groupon rate and who it was intended to go to, which again, was a failure of your business, not mine as...

LONG REVIEW AHEAD - but worth the read!

I have waited a long time to find somewhere I was comfortable with doing microblading. I worked with artist and expert Sang Viens - she was friendly, kind, gentle, considerate, and very good at explaining the answers to my many questions. My appointment was for microblading my eyebrows and shading (tattooing) my lips.

I was extremely nervous - that I have an autoimmune disorder (hashimotos hypothyroidism) which makes it difficult to regulate my body temperature, among other things. She let me know right away that I was bleeding more than most people would and explained how this may or may not effect my long-term outcome. She also accommodated me without question when I asked for a bolster pillow (I have chronic pain/inflammation in my lower back - I cannot handle laying flat like that for very long) AND when I changed my mind on what I wanted done... literally 5 minutes before we were finally ready to start and I was already marked up. She didn't give me a hard time about it at all, despite it clearly being a bit of a set back for our timing.

I won't sugarcoat it - it was really painful at times! It is essentially tiny, microscopic knives scraping your skin with each stroke. There was only one instance where I could not physically stop myself from cringing and she apologized (though she was not at fault!). Despite her telling me it would take considerably longer due to how much I bled, it really didn't take all that much longer. I was also supposed to get my lips contoured (tattooed) but, due to not having a certain diagnosis of some white discoloration on my lips (that I have had since about 12-13 years of age but has changed in shape/appearance over time) and a history of having cold sores (a common form of herpes that 70-80% of the population has), she and the business owner decided it wasn't safe to proceed without approval from a dermatologist.

I wasn't upset - I was glad they made this decision for me. There was no fuss to reschedule, no threat to keep my deposit, etc. At check out, including a 20% tip and their recommended after-care products (medi-first antiseptic spray and tattoo keeper, along with a complementary collagen eye mask set and shaving blade), I paid about $500. Worth every penny, and my nerves have been completely soothed thanks to this whole experience!

Phivi Did My Eyebrows and let me jut say she is Absolutely Amazing ❤️❤️ The place is very clean she thoroughly Explains everything that she is doing. ... She shows that she is opening everything brand new , she is so professional and sweet and I had an absolutely Amazing experience.. I had terribly thin Eyebrows with a horrible shape .. I followed her Instagram Page and saw all of the Gorgeous work she did and I always thought to myself these are the Eyebrows I have always wanted but never could achieve on my own , I went to countless places to get my eyebrows waxed .. they would have me grow out my brows and tell me they would shape them really nice for me and I’m the end nothing . But the same old thin terribley shaped brows....When I finally Scheduled an Appointment with Phivi to get my Eyebrows done , it honestly changed my life ... it has helped boost my self esteem, she has given me the Eyebrows of my dreams... I get so many compliments on a daily Basis , every time my husband looks at me he tells me how Beautiful my eyebrows looks , My mom constantly compliments me and my daughter she is 9 and she absolutely loves my eyebrows, she used to ask me before I got my eyebrows done .. Mommy where are your eyebrows 😂😂😂 and we would laugh ... even my 21 year old son has told me how Amazing my brows look and how different they have made me even look , but Microbladding has changed my life and phivi is so Amazing and extremely talented at what she does , so if you are wondering wether or not if you should get this done I would say do it .. it was one of the best things I have ever done , it doesn’t hurt , she uses a numbing cream and she is constantly asking if you are comfortable and if you are in pain ... I am so glad I met her she is Absolutely Amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else other then her with my eyebrows ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank You so much Phivi you did an Amazing Job and I would recommend you to everyone !!!!!
