The Captain D's in Wetumpka, AL is horrible! I went through the drive and ordered a family meal and a kids meal. When I got home, two of the sides were missing. So I called them to tell them. The lady (who turned out to be working in the back) rudely told me to come back and pick them up after making me repeat what was missing three times. So I made the drive back to the restaurant. When I got there I had to wait in the lobby for about five minutes before anyone at the register would talk to me. I had to stand in line behind people who had not ordered yet even though I had ordered and paid. As I stood there, the two ladies behind the counter was talking about how stressful the customers were being. They basically were complaining about their job and having to deal with customers. I got to the register and told them what I was there for. They made me wait 10 more minutes while they helped everybody else around them while my food was sitting in the window waiting to be given to me. They also messed up three other orders while I was there. Finally the lady at the register told me that she needed to help the person behind me. I told them that I did not think I should not have to wait since I called ahead about it giving them plenty of time to get it ready. I told them they messed up my order and I should be given what I paid for. The lady at the drive thru got an attitude, turned around, grabbed my order, and handed it to me. That's all she had to do and I had to demand that she do it. It's her job! She started shaking her head at me as I left the restaurant. These people need training on how to deal with customers. If they hate their job that bad, quit! They messed up my order and had the nerve to be upset with me when I wanted what I paid for! I tried not to get an attitude with them because I know this type of work is stressful, but they should not be mean or rude to customers because they hate their job. Get another job. Got order drive to Montgomery (14 miles) got home they left out F F called manager who was nice (at this point) and said come back tomorrow she replace whole order. Went back next day spoke with manger who wasn’t nice at all looked at receipt saw order. She replaced the order I thought til I got outside and showed wife pointed out didn’t replace whole order as promised. Went back to manger met with hostile attitude as she pointed out she said she told me only part of order. I told her just fill the other I’d pay and be done with it if had to. She acted rude acted like I caused her trouble but rang up the order showed it to me. I asked for my receipt she just refused by walking off rude saying nothing. Other customers saw and heard this. Once got home opened order they were not enough of anything to even feed a small child. Got not even half half order. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE !!! Read moreI Googled this location at 7:50 pm to be sure that they were open and it said they closed soon at 9 pm and I was pulling into the drive thru with 2 vehicles sitting there so I was confident that they were indeed open. After the other 2 vehicles had driven around and gone out of sight I assumed that they had placed their order and went on to get their food so I pulled up to place my order and no one answered so I thought something was wrong with the speaker right WRONG! I got up to the drive thru window and no one came up and it being 7:51 pm I called them and someone did answer the phone and I asked them if they were going to get my order and her response was no they CLOSED! I said, well it's NOT 8:00 pm and then she responded that "they have to break down their tools" or machines whatever!!!
