I ordered two pizzas on line and went to pick up the order, I paid for it at 1748, and was informed the order would be ready in three minutes and instructed to pull ahead to wait, my order would be brought to the car when ready. At 1815, I decided I should go into the store and inquire whats going on. I stood there without any explanation for several minutes and watched as the staff tried to locate my order. I heard one young man say "I don't know where it is, but I know I made it". After watching the staff pilfer several boxes I asked for a refund. The man gave me a receipt and told me it would take 3-5 days for a refund, he offered no apology or made any attempt to correct the problem. Based on his actions and demeanor I was left with the impression that he had zero concern or training in customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury when I got home (still hungry and without pizza) I noticed on the receipt I was refunded only for the amount of pizza, the $2.15 gratuity was not included on the refund. In summary, I went to pick pizza's that were ordered on-line waited for almost 30 mins to be told my order couldn't be located and not even offered an apology, and the staff kept my small gratuity. I have been to this location many times, they do make good pizza, but this is my second issue with this location. A few months ago I failed to inspect the order prior to leaving the store. Read moreDear Pizza Hut, let me start off by saying that I love your new location. Your staff is always so friendly. When the pizza order is correct, it's amazing! However, after the 10th time in one year, you fail to get my order correct! I order the ultimate Supreme with XTRA XTRA mushrooms. I pay extra for those but yet NEVER get extra mushrooms. Actually I'm lucky to get 5 on an entire large pizza. It's extremely upsetting to pay extra money for something I'm not getting EVERY SINGLE TIME. I even call and talk to someone to verbally stress that we want extra mushrooms and still don't get them. Then today, we order. I just had surgery so my husband picks our order up and doesn't check it till he gets home (about 15 min away). Not ONLY did I not get xtra mushrooms but the gave us the wrong pizza all together. My husband calls and you guys offer to remake it. Went over the details to make sure its right. My husband had to then go all the way back for the remake while his pizza is getting cold at home. Guess what, PIZZA IS STILL INCORRECT. There were more mushrooms but we stressed that they make it with garlic butter crust. THEY DIDNT DO THE GARLIC BUTTER CRUST!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.
THIS PIZZA HUT IS OUR FAVORITE DUE TO HOW NICE AND CLEAN IT IS AND HOW NICE THE STAFF IS BUT WE ARE JUST ABOUT OVER PAYING EXTRA FOR STUFF THAT WE DONT GET. IT ADDS UP.

Read moreI had a fantastic experience at this Pizza Hut location, and I have to commend both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by Anita, who set a positive tone for our visit.
Special recognition goes to Andrew, who prepared my pizza with remarkable attention to detail and professionalism. He was extremely mindful of hygiene, changing his gloves anytime he touched something other than food. Since I ordered a vegetarian pizza, he went above and beyond to make sure no meat accidentally came into contact with it. When he noticed a small piece of meat near the onions, he brought out a fresh bag to use. Andrew also kept washing his hands frequently, especially after touching the computer or handling pizza boxes, which really impressed me.
In recent times, I’ve noticed a decline in service and order accuracy at many fast-food places, but this Pizza Hut stands out. Every detail was right, and the team made me feel valued as a customer.
