KFC — Restaurant in Wetumpka

I placed a mobile order for a chicken little because my blood sugar was dropping (diabetes). When I got to the window they told me it hadn’t processed yet on their end. I asked if I could wait a moment at the window to see if it goes through, she told me firmly no. (There were zero customers behind me). I said how would I know if the order goes through, she told me to wait 2-3 minutes in the parking lot and come back through even though I showed her my order confirmation. All of it seemed unnecessary and the individual could’ve went about it in a more tactful manner. She could’ve told me to park out front and when it processes and is made someone could bring it out to me. Usually I LOVE Wetumpka KFC. But after today, I won’t be returning. Also, the chicken little (which is the only thing I ordered), was SMOTHERED IN MAYO. What a waste of time. Having to wait 15 minutes FOR ONE...

I have constantly given this place a chance since I live in Wetumpka. Lately each visit the original chicken is horrible. It's certainly not cooked enough. There is a difference between juicy chicken, and wet soggy chicken. The chicken is undercooked and is pink inside. I know whats going on, they undercook the chicken so that it doesn't dry out while sitting in the warmer all day. If they undercook it and place it in the warmer it can sit there for all day without having to discard it sooner. Problem with that is its no good to those who come in to get checken before its done cooking. Those who do like me rather then getting juicy chicken, end up with wet soggy pink chicken. The absolute worst chicken I've ever eaten I'd rather eat the T.V Dinner fried chicken than that garbage they sold me. It's no wonder this KFC in Wetumpka never has anyone in line. The chicken was 100% old,refried and I believe extra seasoning was added trying to mask that but made it worse. It was the saltiest most disgusting thing I've ever had in my life. If I owned that kfc I'd fire every one there starting with the managers who allow this to go on. Shut down before you ruin KFC's name just quit. You have to be the laziest piece of dirt to actually serve this old trash to someone who paid good hard earned money on it while you do the absolute minimum to serve them.
