Since my last review, prices have gone up significantly. A medium hot coffee jumped from (around) $2.65 and is now $3.43. No flavor shots were added, just milk and sugar. It's a shame as their coffee is good, but not for this drastic price change.
I wrote an email to Marylou's customer service, it's been almost two weeks with no response. Perhaps I misjudged their customer service?
I am now going to other, lesser known, local places. Fratelli's Pastry in Weymouth, for example, has great coffee and amazing pastry with great customer service.

How about we don’t put the whole staff on one customer and pay attention. Why should there EVER under any circumstances be two people making one persons order???? Do better! I got my drink and I could tell my just looking at it was wrong which is fine. I tried I and didn’t taste at all like it should so I told them it wasn’t usually like I got it tasted different. So I changed my coffee to an AOK cookie which then I was charged for which I thought was insane.
