IM SORRY THAT JUST REALLY MADE ME DISGUSTED WITH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE!!! Food has also made me reconsider the value of there over priced items! Example: ORDER THE BAMBINO BURGERS, REQUEST NO PICKLE! My husband is having cancer treatment at University hospital, and just wanted one of their Oregon Blackberry shakes. The lady on the intercom said she couldn't do those until 10:30. Of course then we could not get out of the curbed-in drive thru ... by the time we waited for the cars in front of us to be thru it was 10:29 when we reached the window.... where my husband said to just drive thru. Sometimes small things are important to people ... would it have really been so hard to do? I was traveling by myself and came back to Good Times - hungry for good food after a long trip. I got their new cream cheese jalapeno burger - it was wonderful! Good fresh hormone-free meat & the flavor combo was great!    Read moreI recently visited your store and placed an order for two chili cheese fries, a banana shake, and a Dr Pepper. Unfortunately, my order took 25 minutes to be prepared. When I inquired about the delay, the manager simply said, âOops, sorry,â without offering any further explanation or resolution.
I understand that busy times can lead to longer wait times, but I was disappointed by both the excessive delay and the lack of professionalism in addressing the situation. I appreciate the service industry and know that things can go wrong, but a more proactive approach in handling delaysâsuch as an update on the wait time or an apology with an offer to make things rightâwould have made a difference.
