Wow, stopped in today 12/30/24 and the store was such a disaster! Too much merchandise that you cannot even walk the aisles. Merchandise so disorganized on every shelf that itâs spilling onto the floor in almost every department. I donât understand what is going on but this store needs to close, address the issues with their fulfillment and organize the store so itâs actually a place you want to shop. Plus there is no way a disabled person in a wheelchair could navigate safely. I got so frustrated I just left. I think corporate should consider closing this location to be honest.    Read moreI brought an item to the checkout that had no price tag. I asked how much it was, was given a price, and proceeded to pay for the item. After my purchase as I was getting ready to leave, a manager comes over and informs me the item was actually a couple dollars more expensive (seriously, I think it was $2), and tells me I need to return the item and repurchase at the higher price. I politely informed them that I would be returning the item and NOT repurchasing. I have NEVER experienced something like this in all my years shopping. HORRIBLE managers and customer service.    Read moreUsed to really enjoy shopping at this store. The last two times Iâve been in, though, there is only one cashier working with a line of people waiting to check out. Both times there have been other store associates standing around doing nothing and greeting people at the door just watching the line get longer and longer. I donât really care about being greeted at a door, but when I run in to get one quick thing that takes me 30 seconds to find and then 10 minutes to check out that is frustrating. They need to step up their game in the customer...
