I often come here on my way home around 10:45 a couple times during the week. The past 3 visits I’ve had I’ve just been really dissatisfied with and it has become so frustrating because I don’t order anything complicated and it’s been wrong in some way shape or form three times in a row now. I know this location is more on the busy side but I come at a less busy time of day and my order is consistently wrong. The first time I came last week, the worker was rude and short when I was giving my order, he began the interaction with “what do you want” in an annoyed tone, I ordered my drink which is simply an sweetened iced peach green tea lemonade and was given a regular green tea unsweetened. I came for the second time yesterday except at 6pm and waited in line for 20 minutes. I ordered the same drink and a cookie dough cake pop and was given a double chocolate cake pop instead. Today I went again at around 10:45am and ordered my sweetened peach green tea lemonade and a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and was given a unsweetened tea and a vanilla bean Frappuccino. I will not be going to this location anymore, the workers are not friendly and they constantly give out wrong orders and I am frustrated with it. Every time I’ve gone to the 64th and Ward location or the 58th and Kipling location I have been given spectacular service and my order is always correct. Read moreI'm so disappointed in my experience at this particular Starbucks this morning (11/14/24). I ordred ahead for drive-thru pickup and when I got to the actual location, the female employee (I think she said her name was Skyler) barked her name at me and asked for my name. I gave my name and said I had a mobile order and her response was, "pull around." Once I got to the window, the male employee was very pleasant but the not-so-nice employee was right behind him and said something to him which led him to tell me to pull around and to the left and wait for my order. I did as was asked but the issue was where they asked me to park and wait is the thoroughfare for other drive thru customers not wanting to turn out onto Youngfield St. So, I had to pull around to the front of the store, blocking other patrons as there were no spaces and wait. I waited until I could get a parking spot, parked and started to walk into the store when I was greeted by another employee who had my drink. The whole experience was just frustrating. Why would I need to pull around? It wasn't a complicated drink (americano with half and half) and it had been ordered 10 minutes before I even got to the window. Why have me move, block other cars, etc. Not to mention the rudeness of your employee who made initial contact with me. Not a great way to start...
Read moreNot the type of person to leave a review at a Starbucks but the lady taking orders was totally out of line. I asked for two iced white mochas and when we got to the window they were hot. This was the third time this has happened. Normally I just put up with it but 3 times in a row ? Come on. I asked for them to be corrected at the window and I was met with incredible rudeness. She said and I quote in the angriest, combative tone possible “ I was the one who took your order, you didn’t ask for them iced”. What was I supposed to say to that ? Ok I guess? It was like she was trying to shame us for ordering ? Even if I didn’t ask for them to be iced (which I did) her attitude was hideous . I work customer service and would never say that to a paying customer. Even taking my order she was acting like she was doing me a massive favor. Won’t be back. Take your money elsewhere.
