Jersey Mikes — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I came here about a month ago for the first time. Ordered a large gf sub. Got home and realized it was not gf. I go back and they made a new one, but only a small after I paid for a large. I was disappointed and asked for my money back or something. They give me a card for a free sub. I came back today to cash this in. I explain I never got the full sub I originally paid for last time. They argue with me that I already got everything I should have and this card would only pay for a small. One guy says "we messed this up last time, give her what she wants." The other guy refuses. I tell them they need to treat their customers nicer. Ultimately they make me pay $4 for the gluten-free bread. Terrible...

Advertising how great your sandwich is can make or break a company, corporate sandwich companies should not brag about their Philly sandwiches. I have had many and none were worse than that so called Philly steak and cheese with peppers onions and 1 mushroon. The staff was friendly and cordial, 95% of the Restaurant was clean. I was just fully disappointed in the flavor, texture, and overall appearance of the completed sandwich. It was not the employees fault, it is corporate's idea of saving a buck to purchase less thsn aversge quality of meat. That was the whole problem to that sandwich. Low...

I waited in line for 15-20 minutes today with 4 people ahead of me! One person was doing online orders and 3 others doing in store orders. The guy in front of me, when asked is your sandwich complete he responded, "I don't know you tell me!" as they hadn't even looked at his sandwich yet. Also I ordered two basic sandwiches with cheese, neither had cheese. Very disappointed with this location!
