I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Mac and Cheezary, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. As a self-proclaimed Mac and Cheese enthusiast, I have tried many variations of this classic comfort food, but none come close to the perfection that is served at Mac and Cheezary.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Mac and Cheese. The first bite sent me straight to foodie heaven. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the cheese sauce was rich and creamy, and each bite was bursting with flavor.

I was so excited for this place and man, am I disappointed. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good. If “meh” had a flavor, this would be it. We ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and the Colorado favorite Mac. The Buffalo chicken Mac was super runny, had very little chicken, and overall just really lacked for flavor other than hot sauce. The Colorado favorite was slightly better, but again had very little meat. Overall, all we tasted was the toppings. The Mac and cheese part needs some serious work. There’s no flavor to it and it lacks an adequate amount of cheese in the runny sauce. When you’re charging $14 for a small container of Mac and cheese, the expectation is pretty high and the juice was not worth the squeeze at this place. $30 later, I’m writing this review while eating a sandwich because I’m still hungry. The only redeeming qualities were that the food was fresh, the restaurant was clean and the young lady at the register was friendly...

I Saw good reviews on Yelp and decided to surprise my pregnant wife with dinner after a hard day nursing nearby at Lutheran. We ordered the vegan mac and cheese. My wife went to eat it and she found a huge hair in the dish and threw it out. I know things happen like this but perhaps wear hair nets or hats for the people prepping the food with long hair? My wife,exhausted from a 13 hour day at the hospital, ate cereal and went to bed. I emailed this business the next day requesting a refund since we paid $13.50 or so with tip and didn’t eat any of it due to the hair in it. No response. I called a few days later and requested a manager call me. No response. In conclusion, unsanitary (less of an issue bc i get it, random hairs can happen falling out) but zero call back or email back. Skip this place. Very disappointing trying to support a local small business o have such poor customer service...
