Beer on the Wall — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Long before it opened we were waiting for the mix of beer and coffee which was given as the original goal of the original location. Still, for those of us who are not looking for alcohol, Beer on the Wall offers view options. So we can enjoy them with our must-have-alcohol friends. We love the sitting options - both on the "window" and the "garden". Weird one can't drink from the bottle but apparently it is a regulation by the village (not sure what happens if I buy it for home but just leaving the premise decide to have one there). It's a strange policy to require glass to be used outdoors instead of letting us drink from the can, seems like the opposite of a safety first approach but hey that's your call. However, when customers ask basic questions about this rule maybe train the staff not to be assholes about it.

First time at this location but have been to other Beer On The Wall locations and frequent their location in Downtown Park Ridge. I must say that this location has attentive and welcoming servers, even though it was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, with steady in-and-out traffic. Do not recall Meads by the ounce at the Park Ridge location, but this location had that option which I thought was pretty nice.
