Please don't come here. At least not until the management/staff changes. I ran over to the drive thru for lunch and ordered 2 crunchy tacos. There was nobody there when I placed my order and only one car sitting by the pick up window (I should've turned back when I noticed he was sitting in park). It took a good 10 minutes waiting behind him until he FINALLY got his order and I could pull up. When I did, the staff COMPLETELY ignored me, didn't even take my payment. After another 5 minutes, I finally just went inside because I was running out of gas just sitting there. The place was EMPTY! I couldn't understand what was taking so long when there are NO customers! After waiting an additional 10 mins for my order to be filled, I was presented with two taco shells full of lettuce with a LITTLE meat juice on the bottom and three shreds of cheese on top. Because my lunch break was almost over I didn't have time to return them or get some real food so was left hungry for the rest of the day filled with cornshell and cheap lettuce....worst taco bell...
Read moreBAD, very bad customer service. I would leave zero stars if I could. We asked for 4 Burrito rolls (without cheese) and 1 with cheese. They gave us all with cheese. This was repeated multiple times between me and the employee. Still we received all with Cheese! I thought ok this was a kitchen error that would be easy to acknowledge and fix. I go back inside, and explain the situation and instead of fixing the issue, Abbey and Stephenie said they would not correct/replace the food and they will return my money for the 1st order but I would have to pay for a new order !
I have never had a situation in which staff will not replace wrong food or make you pay for it all over again! Where is the common sense in any of this? After going back and forth on this another staff person understood the situation and fixed our food! It is insane that customers are treated so poorly over something like this. Management needs to address the poor customer service here and hire people who actually can...
Read moreI just came back from getting an order from the drive through and in a box combo where I specifically said sub beans on every item, they put a whole load of beef. Every item was covered in beef when my receipt and my verbal order was very clearly stated as no beef, beans instead. I figured this out after I took a bite into my burrito in a religiously vegetarian household. I called 5 separate times, not once was the phone answered. I called 5 times within an hour and apparently no one has time to pick up the phone. My ticket number was #3001 from the night of march 4th 2023. Such simple instructions cannot be followed by the illiterates working there. I would like to hope someone at management sees this and reaches out.
