I was hosting coworkers, friends and family and wanted to provide them a good Thai meal. Based on this restaurants reviews, I thought I found the perfect spot. So I placed a big order online and set up a time for delivery. To my surprise, 30 minutes later, I was getting a notification that my order was on the way-3 hours early! I immediately texted and called the restaurant and was assured that the text notification was incorrect and the order would get delivered at the correct time. Minutes after our conversation, the delivery driver is at my door with the order. I explained the situation with the driver, and he told me to call the restaurant and left with the food-yet marked it as a delivered order-which is clearly not the case-since this is an office, I have cameras and have video footage of him clearly leaving with the food. But for whatever reason, the owners of this restaurant refused to apologize or believe that this scenario happened. Additionally, the extremely rude male owner was screaming at me and refusing to right a wrong and remake the order and deliver it at the correct time. And what is more unbelievable is since they refused to make the food again, he refused to issue a refund. All I wanted was my food to be remade-more than wanting a refund. I called several times trying to work it out with them, and each time, they hung up the phone, refusing to address the issue. I spent over $100 on this food-which many businesses would consider a good customer. It’s surprising that a new business would treat customers so brashly. I suggest this new business take a Business 101 course to learn how to properly and respectfully treat customers. Otherwise, this restaurant will be a quick thing of the past.

UPDATE TO REPLY: Interesting that you immediately reply to my negative review, but when I called numerous times to try and work things out with you, each time, you immediately hung up the phone. Is hanging up on someone repeatedly doing your best to clarify the situation?

Additionally, DoorDash is the delivery service you use, and I've been in contact with them and know that they too tried calling you numerous times, and you hung up on them as well. As you are well aware of, they gave you a full refund for my order, so you lost no money whatsoever, and when they called to tell you, you simply hung up on them. You claim you try to give everyone the best service possible. Is hanging up on people, screaming at them and not willing to talk to them good customer service? Does that show care-as you claim to try and do?

You are a new business, and as a new business owner, I would think you would do anything you can to get repeat business and not do anything that will give you bad reviews. Perhaps there was confusion, but before going into your business, you should have been aware of the fact that you are going to have situations where you will have to make your customers happy by remaking food and lose some money. That is business. Do you mean to tell me that if someone dining in your restaurant complains that their meat is raw, you will refuse to lose some money and make their food again? You already bought the ingredients for the day and have the means to make these dishes over and over again throughout the day. I ordered rather simple dishes from your menu-dishes that you make all day long and could easily remake. And they weren't the most expensive dishes on your menu.

And why would I accept a discount on my next order when you screamed at me, refused to talk to me and hung up on me-numerous times? Do you really think I would want to dine at such a rude establishment again?

I urge anyone who dines here or orders online to be very aware of the abusive behavior this small business displays if a mistake or miscommunication...

This is the place to go for authentic Thai food! I moved to this state about three years ago with my husband. Back in my home state I had Thai food that was out of this world, moving here I found nothing of the like. BUT this place right here EXACTLY like the Thai place back in my home area that I missed so much.

The customer service phenomenal, she was so nice answering the phone for the order and very nicely greeted coming to pick up the food. Down to earth humble the type of business I want to support.

The price was right! The same amount of food and for the same price back from where I came from, which was nice because inflation makes it a little challenging.

The atmosphere soooo cute! It’s a small place designed to make importance on the taste of food rather than dining in. And that’s what is awesome! They always say the best tasting food comes from small Ma and Pa type business and this is it!

They catered the spice level I wanted and I ordered the cashew fried rice, green curry fried rice, curry fried rice, and the crab Rangoons. I just want to say how tasty super tasty you could taste every flavor. The vegetables were fresh. The ragoons AMAZING so much better than what Panda Express serves and why should I compare to that? Haha. All flavors hit the point when it comes to Thai food.

Clean environment everything so fresh organized and clean, calming, friendly, should I list more as to why this place is very nice? I don’t usually write reviews but this is a family making a business and this business hit all the marks of being a place I’d return again and again. I’d love to...

This Thai restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is authentic and fresh, and every dish we tried was impressive. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Thai cuisine—you must give it a try!

We ordered Penang Curry, Papaya Salad, and Pad Kee Mao, and we loved them all. For the Penang Curry, we chose seafood and beef. The seafood was incredibly fresh and soaked up all the rich flavors of the curry, making every bite delicious. The beef was tender and paired perfectly with the creamy, aromatic sauce—absolutely satisfying!

The Papaya Salad was refreshing and tangy, with just the right amount of spice, making it the perfect appetizer. Pairing it with Thai iced tea made it even better! The Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) had a wonderful chewy texture, and the sauce had an incredible depth of flavor with the perfect level of spice—so satisfying!

Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, the service was friendly, and the food was top-notch. If you love Thai food, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended—you won’t be...
