Wingstop — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

I recently saw that a new Wingstop opened in the neighborhood, so I decided to give it a try today. These wings are the best I've had in a while.

Each wing is in a nice size and fried to perfection. With a crispy exterior and a juicy, moist interior, each bite is pure bliss. The seasonings were also fantastic. We ordered the lemon pepper and the Louisiana dry rub, both of which exploded with incredible flavors.

Although I've had Wingstop in the past, I don't remember it being this good. However, I must admit that the seasoned fries fell a bit short of perfection. They lacked flavor and were soft. Nonetheless, the convenience of ordering online and getting the wings ready at the perfect time was commendable. The service was prompt and efficient, enhancing the overall takeout experience.

Without a doubt, this new Wingstop has quickly secured its place as my go-to spot for delicious chicken...

We did a larger order for delivery today. The food was great, everyone enjoyed it! But one order was wrong. One of the meals was supposed to be a chicken strip meal. Got 3 small boneless wings instead of 3 chicken strips. They don’t even offer meals for 3 boneless wings. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called and requested for it to be fixed. The employee said bring the food back and they will fix it. We ordered for delivery because we were working and couldn’t come to pick it up. The employee said they would talk to the manager and the manager would call us back. No one ever called us back to fix the order or give a partial refund for the one meal the was wrong. ...

The best Wingstop location I have ever visited. The stuff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They went above beyond to make sure we felt valued and comfortable, creating such a positive and warm atmosphere.

The service was quick, and they even checked in to make sure everything was as to our liking. The food was delicious, as always, but the genuine kindness of the team made this visit extra special. Thanks for making our day brighter.
