*False advertisement alert!
We went to the dq in Arlington Heights, Illinois for a few blizzards. The male behind the counter did not turn our blizzards upside down when giving it to us. I mentioned their free blizzard promotion that was all over the media if he doesnt turn our blizzards upside down upon serving them to us. He stated he wasnt required to flip them since we had toppings. I had cheesecake. All blizzards have toppings, otherwise, its a shake! I called corporate who told me they would call me in 48 hours. 10 days later… no call. I called customer relations and informed them of what was said and how our blizzards were melting by the time we reached our car. Read moreCouple things strike me as annoying/ rude. I approached the counter and told the lady working it that I needed. Just a couple moments to decide what I would like as there was new blizzard flavors. No one was behind me, but she acted as if I was wasting her time and she stormed off from behind the counter. I then ordered over $20 worth of blizzards, and ask if I could have a cup of water and I was working in the hot sun all day. She declined and said I could buy a bottle of water if I wanted water, even though there was a soda fountain machine with cups and a water spigot right next to the counter!
