Very very poor food quality. Chef Ramsey would put a condemned sign on the door and "shut it down"!!! The chicken bacon and swiss was slimy, sticky and rubbery. We even specifically asked for it to be fresh when we ordered it! The chocolate shake and jamocha shakes were tasteless and when sipped it, tasted like nothing but ice going thru the straw although the shakes felt like 5 pounds each literally. You could have had Arnold Schwarzenegger arms after lifting them. The " NEW" cinnamon apple crisps:.... They are supposed to be served "warm". One was served ice cold with the icing in tact on the top and the second one was very hot, so much so that the icing was actually a sizzling boiling fluid that looked like over cooked boiling bubbling butter that was microwaved too long. The grand turkey club was "ok" until halfway thru it when I found an old whitish looking hard tomato on it and a chunk of hard lettuce in the middle of it that the color resembled a pickle!! I am not over exaggerating on the descriptions!! We live in Ohio and we were visiting the "Wild and Wonderful" state of West Virginia and this food at this Arby's was "WILD AND HORRIBLE" What I want to know is: Is your food always this disgusting or is it a lack of passion and dedication from your employees or do your cooks just outright( for a lack of better terms) " SUCK"!!! Experiences like this make someone not want to go to any of your chain restaurants for fear of getting the same disgusting food! By the way, we did not bother to go in and get our money back or more food because we did not want to...
Read moreWe absolutely love our Arby's in Elm Grove,WV. The employees are terrific and understand every situation is different. I have to call in our order because my husband has a hearing problem. He goes thru the drive-thru and when they ask him politely how can they help you, he can just say he is picking up the order for Wakefield. Today I was privileged to talk to a terrific young man named Kenny. He was so kind and made sure that he had the order correct. Everything went great when my husband went to pick up the order. The young woman who waited on my husband treated him very nice and I am so sorry that I didn't get her name. So if you live close by or your passing thru our area on Rt.70 take the exit for Arby's in Elm Grove and stop there to eat. You will be treated really nice and I know you will enjoy their food because the menu has something for everyone and I know that they always have specials because it says what they are on the sign out by National Road that says Arby's...
Read moreThe food here is decent enough, but its negatives don't warrant going here. The staff is mildly friendly yet somehow leave alot more to be desired. As stated the food is decent, but I have yet to receive all my items in a single order since I started going to this location, admittedly that's only slightly annoying because its always a forgotten side or value sandwich. Lastly the nail in the coffin is the location. This store is located behind a highway exit on a road that is traversed by many as their primary route. Now this isnt a problem if you leave the area turning right, but if you are ever unfortunate enough to have to make a left turn from this location, good luck. You may as well bust out your curly fries and have a few waiting for traffic to subside enough for you to get out of that hellish nightmare of a lockdown. This places becomes a solid 3.5 in any...
