The absolutely worst service ever!!! Haven't heard back from any managers. We were in on 6/25/2023 @ 5:17 PM, we were going to dine in until the manager or shift lead was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We had the buy 1 get 1 quarter pounder. We ordered the quarter pounder meal to get the free sandwich, other stores honor it. WELL this manager came up to help the cashier and states that we couldn't do that, and I said I didn't know, her comment was, I'm not arguing with you, I'll do it this time. I DID NOT argue at all. She just snapped. I did ask the other Asian manager for this gals name, gives me the excuse that she's been working a lot and short staffed. I don't care, you DO NOT speak to a customer that way. If she would have given me time I would have changed the order easily. She then proceeded to go help in the kitchen. Funny thing is, when we got the quarter pounders, we couldn't even eat them as they were LOADED with salt. We feel she intentionally did that.    Read moreI recently stopped by this McDonaldâs and had a really good experience, even though the app gave me a little trouble! I tried to place my order through the app, but it just wouldnât go through. No worries though, because I popped inside and used the self-service kiosks, which were super easy to navigate.
We ordered 8 hamburgers, a medium fry, a large sweet tea, a large diet coke, and a Happy Meal. Everything came out perfectly! It only took about 10 minutes for our whole order to be ready.
The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly even with the app not cooperating. The dining area was clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I really appreciated that even when technology glitches happen, there was a simple, stress-free backup option with the kiosks. Plus, the accuracy of the order made me feel like they really care about getting it right.

I went to the pickup window, and the guy handed me my food, but no drink. He told me to pull forward to the waiting area. I did, and several minutes went by. A girl came out to deliver food to another customer in the waiting area. I told her I was waiting for an iced coffee. I thought she would be back with the drink in a matter of seconds, but she went back into the restaurant and didnât return. After another few minutes, I got out of my car and walked into the restaurant to try and find someone to give me my drink. The front counter was unattended, so I had to wait even longer. At last, after about 20ish minutes of waiting, I caught the attention of one of the employees and showed him my receipt, indicating that I hadnât received my drink.
