Salvadorean Bakery and Restaurant Inc. absolutely deserves a 5-star rating! I recently had the pleasure of trying their mango tres leches cake, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The cake was incredibly moist, with a rich, creamy texture and just the right amount of mango flavor — sweet but not overpowering. It truly melted in my mouth with every bite. The quality and balance of flavors were spot-on, showing how much care and expertise goes into their baking. Their pastries are also perfection. Each one I’ve tried has had a great taste and texture — from flaky layers to the perfect amount of sweetness. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, and this place hit every mark. What really surprised me was how much my 2-year-old nephew enjoyed the cake. He usually isn’t a fan of sweets or cakes, but he kept asking for more bites. That alone speaks volumes! The bakery is warm and inviting, with a great selection that showcases authentic Salvadoran flavors alongside classic favorites. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again to try something new each time. Whether you’re stopping in for a treat or celebrating something special, Salvadorean Bakery and Restaurant Inc. is a must-visit. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates delicious, well-made desserts!

My family is Salvadoran and it's hard to find truly Salvadoran shops, restaurants and bakeries and I'm happy to share that you can find all here. AND the food was authentic, with rich flavors, fresh and DELICIOUS! My mom will approve! They have a freezer full of hard to find Salvadoran treats, a refrigerator full of creams, cheeses and drinks, snacks and authentic seasonings. The baked goods were tasty, and not overly sweet, offering traditional pastries, cookies, cakes and desserts. Their pan Frances was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had tres leches, too, which I'm not a fan of because it tends to be too sweet, messy, and soaked to fall apart but I tried my son's and surprisingly it was none of that. We ordered pupusas (de queso and queso and beans) and they were palm size with a good filling size. Their curtido and sauce was ok. I ordered the platanos fritos plate (frijoles, crema, pan francés, chorizo Salvadoran) and it was a full-size platano cut in half, the beans were creamy and and flavorful. The order was enough for me to take home. We ate and brought home a lot for later. The staff was super helpful and friendly willing to take special requests. We will definitely be returning!

Bakery / restaraunt that i can think of. Gets crowded in the front bakery, but the dining area didn't feel any more available. I waited in line slightly confused for about 10 minutes. Of course after a minute or 2 I asked a server how the ordering system worked. While I waited to order I had time to snap photos and stare in amaze at all their beautifully displayed pastries. Fast forward. The food was amazing. So was the patry I ordered. The napoleon. Lowkey too much cream, but luckily it was very light. I'd most def try their other dessert offerings. As far as I could tell my food was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to come back. The interior was very bright and clean. The servers were all very busy and nice. The type of place you could eat at often. Great for a simple date or even to bring a family or large party. I would not come here for a fancy date. Based on what I could tell they offer breakfast and lunch all day. Their selection was more than acceptable. Best of all, parking was simple.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! . EDIT: The cake was a WHOLE DAY Late. still no answer or return calls from the owner or workers. It was beautiful and tasted good but the event is over!

lo mas desepsionante es que recomende este lugar para genrar mas negosio a comercios de familia y de raza. QUE TRISTE la verda.

I had a work event and arranged for the cake to be delivered and paid well for that service. We confirmed and paid for a whole sheet of a Tres Leches Mocha cake. We arranged for the cake to be delivered Today Monday at 11 am an hour early for our event. We have been calling and calling with no answer we get sent directly to voice mail. The event is over and still no cake! This is unacceptable! I am behind upset. This was a work meeting where I was giving a presentation! We haven't even received a callback or an apology or our money back. I see that I am not the only one with complaints about their orders either by phone or online. I thought it was just a random ball drop but apparently, this happens a lot. you should really look into your process on how you disseminate communication.

Que Falta de profesionalismo! Me izieron quedar muy mal y nunca entregaron el pastel. Para que dicen que si hacen entregas si no llegan.

Nunca en mi vida me a pasado algo si. y nunca en mi vida recomendare...

I see a comment saying the same thing, and I've complained to management 2 times now. When you're black it's like the chubby brown skin guy with the nose ring who was serving me was rushing to get me out of there when I already told him I was just looking, like why ask me a second time 30 seconds later? And he started it with a "okay, what can I get for you?" like he was losing patience or something? How are you supposed to just instantly grab something and buy it the moment you walk in? And when I was just there 5 minutes ago, I called and asked if I could speak to the guy who served me because I felt like he was rushing me out of there, the girl on the phone wouldn't get him, instead she said he was on break and that he was "tired" (like what?) so I couldn't talk to him to hear his side. Why are these people like this? If they walked into a black business they wouldn't get the same treatment. I hate to leave this bad review, but it's like if I say anything else or go back there, it can get heated and confrontational and I shouldn't have to cause a scene when a business is pretty much a service to the public, I mean damn I live 5 minutes away walking. Get it together, you guys are creating such a bad reputation...
