š ā¦..Are you kidding me? How can I walk away with a bag of meet so heavy, that I have to use both hands to carry!
So I went in today for the first time. I have lived in White center for about three years. Iāve driven by this place probably every day for the last three years . I tried to go in on Monday but they were closed. They only close two days a week Saturday, Monday and two days Iām off I was able to make it in on a Thursday, no my wife was able to make an in before me and show about 10 minutes later, she spent $100 and Iām talking best meat Iāve ever seen before. Iāve never had an age steak before she got one. She got us some other great itās just amazing. Iām so happy two people working. We went in at about 545 was gentleman, younger man and beautiful, blonde lady and brown hair lady and I just want to say that I was able to connect and bond with those people really quick not over meat but over life issues and you know I walked away from there so happy of meeting them being able to share my story and props to everyone who works there the owner everything. What they got going on this place by far hands-down best buthxer shop Iāve ever been to...

I'm methodical in my steak preparation, reverse sear with smoke, sear at 500+ degrees. My wife still tries steak at expensive restaurants and always says mine is better. I have grown accustomed to the way the steaks turn out. But the tenderloin I got here today (6/1/2024) was hands down the best steak I have ever had. I was holding back tears as I ate it in pure ecstasy. I could cut it with a fork, and I did, to prove a point. They truly decimated my opinion of what is possible with beef. I don't think I can buy steak anywhere else now. My only regret is not coming...

They also have a lot of cool items like duck fat cooking spray, organic beef tallow, pasta from Italy, amazing hot sauces, and rubs. I never come out with just one thing and I keep getting inspired every time I go in.
We smoke a lot of meat in our house, and by far the best flavor and cuts come from this butcher shop. If you havenāt stopped in before, you absolutely should. They are a neighborhood gem and a wonderful small...
