Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in White Hall

Should be no stars other than one young man serving and the young lady taking payments who were both apologizing for how slow they moved and for attitude of other kids. So Slow, and the attitude if some of the young ladies working was more like a jr high hallway between classes than for a business. Man who said was asst GM sitting with the other half of crew eating v seeing why customers in line were frustrated. Food took so long once scooped up it was cold. The serving size was half of what my hometown Moe's serve in a bowl. $16 for 1/4 c rice 1/4 c beans 1/4 c chicken plus some lettuce and olive and salsa is ridiculous. Asst GM said "oops ya we hire teenagers." No effort to correct it when brought to his attention. Unbelievable.

Do not order with app or through door dash. You will waste your time and money and have to wait several days for a refund because the items you order are not all showing up on the tickets when the employees receive online orders or door dash orders, but Moe’s will sure take your money. The owner and managers are aware of the problem and have been made aware multiple times. This started months ago. At this point it is flat out fraud because the owner knows it is an issue and refuses to fix it. Just think of the amount of people that don’t won’t to worry with the hassle of trying to get a refund…that is what the owner is banking on and it is stealing. A scam. He should be ashamed. It’s not the employees fault behind the counter. They don’t have access to fix these kind of problems. Business owners like this make it extremely hard to support...

My first time ordering was New Year's Eve. When I went to pick up, they were closed. I was very disappointed because I was hungry. I took care of my order the next day and apparently it happened to other customers. She immediately started talking about how and why she couldn't give me a refund, which I never asked for, I genuinely wanted to try their food out. The food was good and I think I would try them again when I don't want to cook for myself.

Second time I visited Moe's, I went in. I was greeted. The first thing I was told was there was no chicken. I don't eat meat, so that wasn't an issue. I was going to order a veggie bowl and was told that there was not any shredded cheese. I wanted the full bowl, so I exited the building. She then told me that they would have some the next day.
