Took too long to prepare the sandwich orders. There were customers waiting over 30 minutes for their fast food orders. Store associates got a few of the specifics of the orders wrong so they had to remake over and over. It seemed to be a problem with fulfilling mobile orders contemporaneously with dine in orders. This resulted in stagnating the line of waiting customers further. Store associates look like they don’t know what they are doing; it was sad. Many customers had frustrated looks on their faces and two requested their money back during my 35+ minute wait for my fast food order. The order waiting area was too congested; the dining area atmosphere was not pleasant due to the extremely unorganized chaotic food order prep. It wreaked of customer frustration and dissatisfaction. I ended up leaving since I was one of the customers to get refunded. Dear Franchise Owner, please make improvements to your store. Read moreI placed my order online so I would not have to wait like I did the last time. I still had to wait. The sandwich was ready but not the drink. I was informed that they were "out" of unsweetened tea. I do not drink sodas so I asked for a refund. One of the employees made a loud comment about if I was still waiting for my refund and that it was only $2. I informed her that it was almost $3 and I wasn't go to pay for something I did not get. After about 15 minutes when they finally got someone to refund it, they did not refund the entire $2.79 + tax for the drink. Instead they only have me a partial refund of $2.30. Why was I basically charged for their error? I know why this business is empty. Too many employees, none of which know what they are doing. They were out of tea. pizza, calzones AND French dip. I love Schlotzsky''s but not this location!!! It will be a toss up if this location will stay open long. They need more experienced employees, not MORE employees!!

No pizza crust to make pizzas I ordered or bacon for salad, although there was bacon on sandwiches I ordered. 13 min wait time ended up being 35 min. It took two staff to unwrap and look about 4 different times at the three sandwiches they fixed and bagged up on my order, while looking confused. Only one person working counter and was on cell phone. No hi or anything. I had to speak first and I was only person standing there at the time. Second attempt and this was the worst.
