Culver’s — Restaurant in Whitehall Township

Been to this location a few times. Drive out of the way to go. Live in Muskegon. Getting coffee is an issue always. First time the person behind the counter didn't know how to make it and no one would help him. The second time they made it took 45 minutes and still had to go back and forth waiting for it. Went yesterday May 12 around 7:30 p.m. ordered and got coffee again. Wanted cream and sugar the counter person asked for a creamer the girl at the counter got one and threw it at him. It landed on the floor. I'm standing there the whole time he asks for another one she told him to get it his self. Got my burger had bacon on it. I didn't order bacon I DO NOT eat pork. I give it back and told the young man I was going to the counter with him because they were not going to pick off the bacon and give me the same burger back. Sure enough the same girl who didn't know I was standing there tells him to just take the bacon off. I said no I do not want everyone one touching my food. They did make another burger but made me stand there and wait until she was ready to give it to me. The young man apologized over and over. So for a lack of a better word very unprofessional and lack of training. Won't be going back three...

Great turn out for just opening! Drive up line was long, ordered my burger and pulled up to wait. The burger had good flavor but was very greasy and they left off the condiments I asked for. I know they were busy as it was the second day of just opening, I went after 8:00pm. I would of given a 5 star if the burger was less greasy and contained what I ordered on it.

Update: The wait time to receive my order was bad I had ordered inside for my food to go and then inquired about the order twice as it was setting there just waiting for someone to carry it around the counter and hand it to me. I inquired about my burger as I had ordered the Wisconsin Swiss Melt with Thousand Island Dressing and wanted to make sure they had put the dressing on it as they had left it off in the past, they asked the cooks and we're told it was on there only for me to find out after leaving it was not only not on there they had also left off the grilled onions! The burger was so thin that my daughter when checking for the Thousand Island Dressing thought it was just a grilled cheese sandwich! This was the worse burger I ever had and I am so disappointed in the burger and the very slow service from Culver's...

I really wish the service was better here. The food is so good. I've never had a single issue with the quality of the food here, it's always the service. I completely understand if it takes a super long time to get food out, especially during a rush, but to watch my order (a medium custard cup and milkshake) melting on the counter for several minutes is unacceptable. It seems the team, who was congregated around the counter and socializing, lost the ticket to our order and thus let our order sit until I went up and asked them about it.

Just a couple days ago, we had another terrible interaction with a young man who made it VERY clear that he didn't want to be there by glowering at customers/staff/the floor, walking around with his arms crossed, and standing around behind the counter and pouting as his coworkers ran around to meet the needs of the rush that was underway.

I'm so disappointed with this location and really hope they get it together. That being said, I'm unsure if we'll be back based on these last two visits that were so...
