Whitehall Taco Bell is the worst TB I have ever visited. I would rather drive to N. Muskegon to TB, even though it is owned by the same owner as the one in Whitehall. I dont know if the training is better at the one in N. Muskegon or the manager is just that much better, or both, but when you order a couple tacos from the one in N. Muskegon, they actually have more than a pencil thin line of beef on them. And their chicken or steak quesadillas actually have more than 2 or 3 pieces of meat on them. I am not one to complain to management at all, but I did once at Whitehall, and even took pictures of my food. The manager asked me to come in and share the photos with her so she could better train her staff and she said she would replace the 2 meals I ordered for my son and I with anything I would like and that she would gladly make them herself when I came in. I ended up going in about a week later, shared the photos and ordered a few things. One of the things I ordered was a nachos bell grande, minus the beans. I ordered double meat and offered to pay for the extra item. I got my food, played the couple dollars for extra meat and got home and it was horrible. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat sitting right in the middle of the chips and a few drops of cheese. Apoarantly there is no hope for this taco bell. I would rather go to Wayside and get tacos from there, or anything else from any other restaurant in town for that matter. They should be ashamed to call what...
Read moreMy food was very good today but I have a major request for Taco Bell in general. I see you finally got smart and brought back the Mexican Pizza so I'm begging you to bring back the enchiritos. I had been eating them since the 70's and even got 5 of my friends hooked on them and then you took them off the menu. They had so much flavor and were so unique from everything else on your menu or any other mexican restaurants that I have ever eaten in, including some very high end one. We were all very upset when you took them off the menu. "NEW" items aren't always better. I even had one lady that would make them for me special but she has since retired and my friends and I really, really miss them. I was shocked when you remove the pizzas and said to myself "here they go again - they think new is better than old!" PLEASE BRING THEM BACK so I can go to Taco Bell that...
Read moreModerately Clean Wrong orders have never been an issue for me except for lack on communication such as not being distinct with how you want something if you wish to change it from its original state.
Such as accidentally ordering a Bean burrito when you wanted a cheesy rice and bean burrito. I also feel employees should read the order back. If they are required to, it seems they never do.
But other than the negatives, id have to day it is a decent area for a quick bite with quick and efficient service that has very rare wrong orders. Fills quick and no. It doesn't always make your stomach hurt like some have...
