Casa D'Amici — Restaurant in Whitehall

I’ve always thought that Casa de Michi has some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I was more than over the moon when I found out they were coming to Fairmont. I’ve been going to Casa in Morgantown for more than 20 years. Well after I graduated from WVU. BUT…. I just went down there at 8:35 PM. They close at 9 o’clock every night. I walked in, and there were some Spanish-speaking employees that weren’t speaking any English two girls were sitting in a corner behind the counter playing on their phones, and one young man was standing looking at me and another girl was squatting and doing something below the counter. No one said no one said somebody be with you so I looked over the food and there’s flies on it. YUM! So I said, “ Is anybody working here today?” And the two girls squatting said something that must’ve been very funny in Spanish because immediately the young man looked at me and gave me a shush, and and tried to tell me somebody would be there, and the girl that was squatting turned around, looked me dead in the face and started giggling as well. It’s not difficult to understand when you’re being made fun of I don’t give a sh*t what Language it’s in. HEY MO!!! Do better!!! I’ll never go back and I will tell every single person I know not to go there as well. You leave the pizza sitting open so flies can get on it and then you still sell it to people I was going to order a brand new pizza because I saw a fly on one of the pizzas. You guys have no hygiene there and you’re disgusting and this is not the first time I’ve noticed something...

If anyone is looking for a great slice of pizza or some Italian deliciousness this is the place to go! Not to expensive and their specialty pizzas (chicken bacon ranch pizza, spinach pizza) are awesome. I ordered the Buffalo chicken roll which is delicious!!! I actually went bck a couple days later n got 2 more for myself along with a couple slices of chicken bacon ranch pizza which I'm not normally a big chicken bacon ranch kinda gal but let me tell u it will not disappoint!! Talk about tasty!!! My fiancé ordered the Supreme calzone which was huge (at least I thought) but he scarfed it down like he's never ate before lol. The service was great both days i was in there. The staff is on top of things n make sure u get what u order and in a timely manner. Very excellent service all around. The place was clean n the girls that were working the 2nd day I was in their both had their hair tied bck with hair bands covering their heads which was nice seeing cus alot of places don't make the girls wear anything on their heads to prevent the hair from possibly ending up in your food which is huge to us, esp mu fiancé who hates hair that isn't attached to your head nevermind finding it in his food! I feel bad for whoever or wherever it is that this happens cus he's coming unglued on everyone!!!! But Well-Done...

The first time I saw this place they had just opened up. I came in and the workers were really friendly and helpful. I was impressed they still sold pizza by the slice, and cheap too. I had the white pizza by the slice, which was delicious. Tonight, I ordered via doordash. They have a one large topping pizza and dozen wing deal for $25.99, which is a steal. When the pizza arrived, the slices were as large, if not larger than my head. The pizza box will not fit in your fridge and it will cover the entire stove top. When they say large, they aren't messing around. They have that thin homemade hand tossed dough, that holds it's shape and doesn't fall on you, but is also deliciously foldable. The sauce has that taste you wish everywhere had, very delicious!!! 👌🔥 The wings were large in size. I asked for well done, and they were both crispy and juicy, which I appreciate! I also enjoyed that their wings aren't battered. I ordered garlic parm. The seasonings and cheese on the wings were delicious, but most of the sauce dripped to the bottom (common with a garlic parm wing). Still very flavorful. I definitely will be back, as I am dying to try many of their flavor specialities and...
