I ordered online at around 6:20, the mobile app said pick up around 6:50. I arrived at the store at 6:50 and went to the mobile pickup end of the counter. A worker asked what I was there for and when I told him my name he said he hadn’t seen my order. The other worker at the counter then rudely stepped in and waived me over to the checkout. I showed him my phone and said my order was placed, I have been charged, and it should be ready. He was blatantly rude the rest of my experience. He rudely read me off all of the names of orders that had been placed. When I asked if there was a way to fix it, he again was very rude and said he didn’t see my order anywhere. I stepped away from the counter to allow another customer to order. I placed a complaint on the app to have my order refunded. I then asked the rude worker if I could order in store. Again, he was blatantly rude the whole time we ordered. He also was very rude when we attempted to pay with a $100 bill ( our bill was $50, so not an absurd amount of change needed), he said we would have to talk to management about not accepting $100 bills. I ended up paying with my card and we waiting an additional 15 minutes for our food. The food we received was very sloppily put together and had very little meat. Read moreHorrible treatment by a worker named Christopher in Whitehall, WV. I entered the place through the front door at 10:20 am not knowing that they don’t open until 10:30 am. Christopher said ”you need to leave, we’re closed”. I said, sorry I didn’t know, what time do you open? He stared at me a while and finally said, “it’s posted on the window”. I said, is there some reason you can’t tell me? He said, “you need to leave now”. So I said, what’s your name so I can let corporate know who was rude to me. Things went downhill from there. He refused to give me his name and demanded my name for some reason. I only found out his name was Christopher from another worker who finally came out. Christopher was hostile and the opposite of what any decent business should employ. The way he was acting, my guess is he was on drugs. Read moreTerrible experience. Store was empty when we arrived, we placed our order. The two guys working appeared to be fighting. Other customers came in after us. After three of them were serviced, I asked about our sandwiches. The younger man smirked. I asked if there was a problem, he said "yeah" and kind of walked away. After another order was filled, I went back up. The younger man told me they were working on it. I asked how much longer since 4 other people, that came in after us, had been served ahead of us. He said 5 or 10 minutes. We waited 15. We went back to the counter, the older man said he didn't know why our sandwiches were not made. The younger man said, again, they were working on it. We asked for a refund. The older man was very apologetic and tried to do the refund. Only he couldn't get it to go through. Another 15 minutes was spent waiting for him.
