Hibachi Fire — Restaurant in Whitehall

This was my first time eating from this restaurant, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered 4 whole chicken wings with vegetable Lo Mein noodles. My friend ordered the Hibachi steak and chicken with rice and vegetables. I was very disappointed with my meal. Although the wings looked appetizing and were crispy, there was no seasoning to be found. Very bland and fried almost dry. Surprisingly, the Lo Mein was also bland with very few vegetables. After tasting my friend's meal I realized all the seasoning went into the Hibachi and fried rice. The steak wasn't over done or tough, and the chicken breast was tender. The restaurant is called Hibachi Fire, not Fried Chicken Fire for a reason. I highly suggest you call in to place an order. There is zero customer service. hibachi did me dirty af like I wouldn't notice. I ordered steak and chicken and they gave me a half serving of chicken and a half serving of steak instead of giving me full servings of both. So they basically charged me more for the exact same amount of food as if I had only got chicken or only got steak. Ive been going to them for years, they used to be much more generous with their portions, now they've decided to go the way of shrinkflation while raising prices yet again. They've even cut back on the amount of vegetable portions they used to serve with the meal. There was a time I could get full without finishing a whole meal and save the rest for later, but now it doesn't do that for me anymore. So If I do go back, I definitely wont be ordering anything other than chicken so I can at least get a full portion of meat...

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely dissatisfied with the food. I sat & awaited 20 minutes for hibachi chicken and shrimp. I specifically asked how many shrimp I would get and I was told 7. When I got home only found 4-5 shrimp and I called. They refused to answer I called twice and left a voicemail stating I didnt get my full order and I would be back for a refund/replacement. When I called the next morning someone with bad broken english basically told me if I ate the food its my fault and no refund. I said you can refund or at least remake my order properly.
